“James was a wonderful conractor to work with. He took our ideas and made them work in our kitchen remodel. Many times he took our ideas, expanded on them and made us even happier. He offered many suggestions to keep the costs down like the material for the cabinets, the matching of tile and granite (sorry about the 2 hours we spent picking out granite, but his patiece was greatly appreciated). Turns out he has quite an eye for what will match, and the granite he originally suggested was the one we finally decided on after changing our minds a hundred times! When we were making a design for our backsplash, he made a suggestion for us to incorporate stainless tiles with our travertine and it turned out better than anything we would have thought to pick out. The remodel of our 20+ year old kitchen included removing soffits and making room for taller cabintes, removing 2 seperate islands (that were not user friendly) and replacing it with one large one. Our outdated tile surround firplace was redone and the granite used in the kitchen was used to make a new surround (my idea, but James made it work with strategic placement of templets so that we utilized all the granite in our slabs). We will use him again in the future for a bathroom remodel, and look forward to him and Danny being part of our "family" again.”

“This business has done work for us for several years. They are excellent — The work is absolutely great. They are on time, reasonable and very friendly. They have enclosed our patio and made a wonderful Sunroom. We had them enclose an area in the garage making a Laundry Room accessible to the exterior They have reconditioned the wooden cabinets in our kitchen and master bath. Just recently we had a problem with our carpet. We had Mohawk carpet laid over tile throughout the House. Mohawk Carpet designed this carpet to go over specifically tile flooring. The carpet started to Feel squashy in the large walking area in the living room. Julian, the owner of Orosco’s, came out right Away and explained the problem. Within a week the carpet was pulled back, the tile reinforced and Return to normal. Anytime we have anything we need done, we call Orosco’s Flooring.”
