“This review covers two projects: a planned bath remodel, and work made necessary by the discovery of catastrophic termite damage in another part of the residence. Before the bathroom remodeling project, Adam and Lisa Willard discussed my objectives with me until they had a clear understanding of my needs and budgetary limitations. Once the contract was agreed to, the work proceeded very smoothly, with at least one of the Willards on the work site nearly every day. I was impressed with their attention to detail, and their insistence on only the highest level of quality in the performance of each task in the process. I also appreciated the consideration they displayed in minimizing the discomfort and inconvenience associated with any residential construction work. That project was completed on time and to my considerable satisfaction. Near the end of the remodeling process, we discovered massive termite destruction in a different part of the house. Based on the successful remodel, I naturally hired Ashley's to repair the damaged section. The demolition and reconstruction of a major portion of the house, including siding and brickwork replacement and some roof repair, required a much larger, more time consuming effort. Again, Ashley's completed the job expeditiously, delivering a high quality finished product. An important aspect of Ashley's is their personal involvement in the processes and their genuine concern for the comfort and convenience for their clients. Over the several months the projects required, I enjoyed working with the Willards and came to value the relationship with these two fine young professionals. I enthusiastically recommend Ashley's.”
