“I want to let everyone know how wonderful it was working with Mike Hill and CCH. Soon after buying a house, we found out my elderly father would be coming to live with us and needed a first floor bedroom. The house we bought did not have that, but did have two rooms that could be turned into a small master suite. I contacted Mike and from the very beginning he was great to work with. Even rearranging his work schedule to accommodate our time crunch. He listened to what we wanted and needed and made suggestions to help keep the costs down. Mike touched base with us all along the process to let us know how things were progressing and to make sure we were always on the same page. Remodels can be very stressful, but it was a pleasure working with Mike. Most importantly, the finished product is beautiful! After friends tell us how beautiful it is, their next comment is always that it looks as though it was always part of the house and not a remodel. Not sure there is a bigger compliment they could give Mike or us. Thanks Mike. We couldn’t be happier.”

“We added a sunroom and remodeled our kitchen after experiencing water damage in the kitchen. We were given a calendar of who would be in our home for the whole project before the project began. If there were changes we were notified ahead of time. The subs were very respectful of our space and cleaned up every night. If they wanted to stay late, they asked if that was okay. The subs were expected to produce outstanding work and were called back if it was unacceptable. A phone call took care of any issues we had. All of the vendors on the preferred vendor list were great to work with. We were given a completion date and on that date the final inspection had been done and we were able to move into the area.”

“We worked with Patricia Dunlop of Fine Kitchens & Baths to redesign our kitchen, laundry & half bath. It was a fabulous experience! Discussions about our wants and desires would spark her thinking and she would offer fun, creative options for us to play with. She listened to what was important to us, balanced it with the reality of our budget constraints and ultimately created the design that our contractor used to drive actual construction. Then she stayed engaged throughout the construction - coming over periodically to interpret drawings, give opinions on structural changes (after all-nothing goes perfectly in a remodel) and even helped us with all those decisions that have to be made around flooring, lighting, counter tops, etc. This was our first remodel and we've heard all the horror stories, but we are actually looking forward to the next project and plan to engage Patricia again.”

“I've been so fortunate to have the artists at innovative Interiors, Judy and Janet, helped me remodel our previous home (wood and tile floors, paint inside and out, and window treatments) ten years ago. They also recently helped decorate our new home (all the window treatments and general advice). Their sense of color and style choices are excellent. I trust their judgement more than my own. Judy and Janet listened to what I wanted and presented me with very pleasing choices in a range of prices I could live with. All of the window treatments they provided fit perfectly and have lasted well. That's really because they believe in quality. Both the products they provide and their installers are top-notch.
