“Tyler's work ethic and workmanship is impeccable. He has completed several projects at our house from a kitchen and bath remodel to millwork in our dining room. He is always on time and stays on track with the schedule. We also have a noisy golden retriever that did not phase Tyler in the least. “I had worked with a number of contracts prior to selecting Nicklaus Group. There were price bait and switch scams to people just not showing up. There are significantly more disreputable companies than there are reputable so when one is found it is important to share that information. My contact was Brian Wing and he has been phenomenal in walking my wife and I through our remodeling project. Based on prior interactions we did have a very good idea of the changes wanted and had several renderings that provided visuals. The project was discussed in great detail and Brain’s knowledge and experience we refreshing and really brought insight to the finer details that make a significant visual change. We had several exterior walls removed, cistern/patio removed, a covered porch converted to being open with a half barrel ceiling entrance, cedar fencing, new gutters, new cedar deck, new paver patio and house painted. Brian has maintained communication throughout the project and made various changes on the fly that add to the visual value. His pricing was exceptional and his crew is friendly and courteous. They cleaned up each night and worked extremely hard. If you want reliability, quality and fair pricing include Nicklaus Group in the estimation process”

“G Home Improvement did an excellent job remodeling our home. Tanya designed our Kitchen, flooring, livingroom and half bath and the G Home Team installed everything. They basically remodeled our whole 1st floor. Work was professional and completed fast without issues. We will be calling them for our upstairs remodel when time comes. Highly recommended!”

“We love the remodeled bathroom that Kresge Contracting just finished for us. They were easy to work with and able to handle the surprises that remodeling an old home can generate. Nothing is left to chance with their start to finish remodeling process. They communicated regularly with us throughout the design and construction phases of the project and that communication ensured that the bathroom would be finished on time and look just like what we had envisioned. This was our second bathroom remodel that Kresge has done for us. We had the same experience with our first bathroom remodel a couple of years ago.”

“Couldn't be happier! This bathroom turned out amazing. All the workers were extremely professional & polite. They always cleaned up at the end of a days work. We went from a small, cramped split up bathroom to an open, beautiful rustic feel with privacy provided by the pocket door we had installed. “They performed a complete kitchen remodel, including new cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing and countertops. Bill developed a kitchen plan for us based on our desire to use the existing space in our house. They removed part of a wall between the kitchen and dining room and installed new cabinets, granite countertops, walls, lighting, plumbing, and tile. As part of the project, they also replaced the gas pipe from the meter to the water heater and the range. We felt they were professional, punctual, attentive to our needs and wants, and kept the work area clean. Jeff was our main contact during this project, coming to our home most days when work was being performed. We would recommend them and we are likely to hire them again in the near future.”
