The service we received was extremely professional even though we did keep changing our minds about the type of kitchen we were after. Eventually we choose the cream Victorian which proved to be an ideal choice. couldn't be more happy with the quality, finish and overall look topped off with a superb granite countertop! Good knowledge of designing a kitchen but also advised and listened to what we required and what our needs were. The help and assistance we received was second to none and we received a visit on a Sunday from Patrick who delivered the curved door which was specially ordered. The only thing we weren't hapoy with was the attitude of the fitter when he called to discuss the work, we must have picked a wrong day as I decided to go with our own fitters! It all worked out very well delivery was on time and no damage at all. The granite fitters did an excellent job and the finished result still looks superb after 2 years. Well done and I have and would always recommend this company for your kitchen needs.”

“We are delighted with our Siematic kitchen and found all aspects of working with Grid 13 a pleasure. The showroom is aesthetically welcoming but personalised and comfortable. Our initial visit made obvious the range of products and styles available and Natalie understood that I had ideas in mind and then facilitated finding the perfect units, splash-backs and work surfaces. As quite a large family, we struggled for space in our old kitchen. I had a large dining room that I loved and would never have thought that I could be persuaded to swap the spaces around in favour of a larger kitchen. Natalie's designs and the high quality virtual images made it clear to us that her vision for our kitchen was the right choice. One of the aspects that we were most pleased with was the quality of builders, electricians, plumbers and kitchen fitters recommended to us. Without exception, they were highly skilled and professional; well-mannered and tidy. Any unavoidable hitches in the process were dealt with straight away and with the minimum amount of fuss. The kitchen fitted seamlessly into a large room; the MDF frames are perfectly fitted and ensure that the room looks finished and contrasts the modern style of the kitchen with the traditional features of the room which we so desperately wanted to retain. The units are sturdy but elegant and some of the smaller details such as the plug sockets and cupboard space utilisation are useful and space-economic. The Siemans appliances are quiet and work brilliantly; I certainly expected to find the transition to an induction hob more challenging after cooking exclusively on an AGA for twelve years! The site was left tidy but the included cleaning service afterwards was thorough and like all the work, organised at the time we needed it. I recommend Siematic kitchens and specifically Grid 13 without reservation; a beautiful kitchen and a great experience.”

“I've used Caldaire for five separate jobs now - a complete refit of a utility, kitchen, bathroom and en-suite and then also replacement of fitted wardrobes - each time subsequently returning because of the quality of the craftsmanship and the service offered by Darren. His advice from the outset was invaluable and his attention to detail in thinking through the intricacies of potential designs was very reassuring. All work was completed on time and in line with the quotation provided at the outset. Any minor issues were rectified quickly and, some five years later when we came to sell the house, the kitchen in particular was still getting compliments from viewers - pretty impressive! Trustworthy and pleasant to have around the house - happily left them with a key. Have recently moved house and am looking forward to seeing them work their magic once again.”
