“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

Thanks to the expertise and creativity of A Kitchen That Works, we were able to turn a completely dysfunctional space into a glorious bathroom retreat. They respected our priorities and budget while giving us professionally managed advice and choices. The finished bathroom is amazing. For days after the project was complete, I kept opening the bathroom door and peeking in to see if it was really still there - I just can't believe it's our same space.”

“After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.”

“Jennifer McLinko of Mise En Place was hired by myself and my husband to help us create our dream kitchen and bathroom. After several attempts by myself to create a functional design, we decided we needed help; a lot of help. Jennifer was able to take the vision that was stuck in my head and bring it to fruition. There was a lot involved in our remodel. Our house was built in 1930, so structural and plumbing issues came up. Jennifer was able to configure the design to overcome these issues and kept the design true to what we wanted the final product to look like. She was able to incorporate the functionality I needed with the design I wanted in both rooms. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and bathroom. And all of our friends that saw both the original kitchen and bathroom as well as the new and greatly improved kitchen and bathroom are amazed at the transformation. We couldn't have done it without her creativity and design skills. We highly recommend Jennifer and Mise en Place Design for anyone's remodeling needs.”

“Kristine was very helpful in helping me design my new kitchen. She was very thorough and listened closely to my needs. She was very knowledgeable in the different styles of cabinets. She met me at the tile store and was creative in helping me choose a custom backsplash tile. She was always working for me and finding the best product at the best price. She designed my sister Kathy's beach house - new bathroom and kitchen. My sister recommended Kristine and I found her help to be very valuable. Kathy was very pleased with Kristine's work.”

“Janet is very easy to work with on projects ranging from a new business interior design to a small residential remodel. Always cheerful and professional! When I was ready to remodel my 18 year old bathroom I had grand ideas but a very modest budget. Janet was with me every step of the way and designed what looks like an expensive remodel for a price well within my reach. She is experienced enough to hear what you want and offers suggestions and materials within your budget. Her showroom in Poulsbo, WA is full of samples to select from. “We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”
