“I ordered Wellborn kitchen cabinets from Sunset. I worked with Audra to get my kitchen cabinet layout just right. She was helpful and professional throughout the process. The cabinets came in ahead of schedule and the delivery men were also very courteous and professional. I would recommend Sunset Tile and Bath to anyone doing a kitchen remodel.”

“Talavera refinished a cabinet for me, 'remaking' it from an old, typically-found brown buffet, to a stunning distressed, off white cabinet that hints at the old brown wood beneath. With attention to keeping the vintage look and feel of the cabinet in place, they reinforced shelves only where needed, and straightened hardware just enough to make the doors solidly functional. The result is beautiful, and the buffet is an eye catcher in my kitchen. Talavera also carried the distressed idea up to my staircase landing by building a bookcase in their woodshop. They kept the comfortable feel of my home in mind when designing a piece that would bring warmth to the landing without overpowering the staircase or looking out of place. Of course it was distressed in a beautiful old-world green. Larry and his crew asked a lot of questions, and made a lot of suggestions, before, during, and after each of my above-mentioned projects to ensure that I loved what came into my home. The Progress Pictures meant a lot to me, and I appreciate that Larry worked with me to stay within my budget and pulled no 'surprise' upcharges. Though I am a person that always wants it 'yesterday', Talavera stayed right on the estimated time-to-complete, and even delivered a little early. Worked for me, and they will be hired again. (Last year they did a beautiful covered patio for my patio home, but that's another post for their remodeling abilities!).”

“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. They were on-time and very helpful. They even gave me additional input on less expensive, well made cabinets that helped with our budget. I am thrilled with my new cabinets and, now, can't wait to update my whole kitchen!!!”

“Nick and his team built out a next-gen suite for our father, complete with a kitchenette. The project included plumbing, lighting, electrical, moving interior doors, and exterior stucco work. They even added an attic access point where we didn’t have one. Most importantly, they were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and flexible. It was such a good experience, we have called on them for other projects.”

“We first hired Jake to repair some drywall after installing new audio equipment. His work was outstanding. We subsequently hired him to correct a large drywall problem we inherited with our new house. Jake would be the only person I would call to help with drywall repairs. He was always prompt and pleasant. We are now in the process of upgrading our audio system so I am sure we will see Jake soon.”

“I have used TWD for several Projects at my home - Kitchen and bath remodel including cabinets with electrical and plumbing, interior and exterior painting, interior wall/ceiling removal and remodel, exterior stucco/block work, window installations, and window screens. Their staff is friendly and helpful and work closely with you throughout the process. Pricing is competitive and the work is professionally done. I would use them again and have recommended them to others several times with good reviews back to me.”

“I was in need of a bathroom remodel and had some ideas but I'm not very good at conveying my ideas to others or at envisioning the final results so I contracted with Total Design Homes. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. Their team asked me quite a few questions about my ideas and somehow with the little information I provided them they designed and built me the bathroom that I have always wanted. Cynthia found this plank tile the has all the colors that I love and reminds me of the ocean with beach wood. I hope I get to add a picture on this review for everyone to see since I have a hard time explaining what my bathroom looks like. However, it's amazing and I love it! Thank you Thom, Cynthia and Katie for all your assistance! Hire Total Design Homes if you want to bring your ideas and dreams to fruition! Kitchen is next and can't wait to see what they design!”
