“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. Many thanks to Jerry for a fabulous job and work experience. You are my go-to guys from now on!”

“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! “Will and his team did a complete remodel of our 4000+ SF home. The work was on schedule, under budget and exceptional quality. Will’s crews spoke English, were polite, respectful, honest, and cleaned up after their work. Will worked with us through change orders, including when we made errors and initiated rework due to incorrect color selections. These are typically difficult and stressful projects, especially when you’re living in the home during the remodel. Will made it seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”

“I’ve worked with Wil Reed on several complex renovations to my home to include master bathroom, kitchen and utility room. In every project Wil was professional, focusing on detail, quality and customer satisfaction. His price points were reasonable, based on other competitive bids I obtained during my personal research. We made several modifications while renovations were underway and Wil embraced the changes, implemented to not only our request, but made suggestions for a better change at a less aggressive cost. I will use Mr. Reed for all my future modifications, and will always provide a reference for him.”
