Kreativ Kitchens

We had seen some of Kreativ's work previously at a friend house so we had confidence we had chosen the right kitchen company to deal with our project. We were impressed with the ideas and creative input Matthew provided and eased us through the various decision making processes we had to make. Matthew worked with our initial ideas and provided a stunning plan which we were more than happy with. Working within the construction industry myself I was well aware that a stunning 3D image only becomes reality with the right people on site. With an early December start on site and a dozen people already invited round for Xmas dinner the pressure was on. Once we met Jonny on site and could see he attention to detail could see the 3D image quickly transforming into reality. We have to say that the reality surpassed all our expectations and needless to say the turkey went down well on Xmas day. One thing we will say is that the customer service and attending to any issues was brilliant and this makes all the difference to any project. Having using the kitchen for a few months now its changed our use of the house and family life. Brilliant! Well done to all the team at Kreativ, wouldnt have any hesitation what so ever recommending these guys.

It was with apprehension that we starting looking for a kitchen company after a friend had had such a bad experience. We looked at a few companies and by chance we came across Kreativ Kitchens. We were impressed from the minute we walked through the door; they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Matthew came to visit our home to measure up and get a feel for the space. He was the only designer who came up with an innovative design which matched our requirements and radically changed what we already had - others just came up with a rehash of the same. We were given time to look at the design and consider alterations and variations in colours. Once we decided we were going ahead we were given a clear timetable for the work and it was adhered to exactly. The fitter was amazing and there was clearly attention to detail in every aspect. Matthew came regularly to check on the progress. We have been using the kitchen for a month and been absolutely delighted. Every time we walk into it, it makes us smile We are thrilled with our new kitchen - it is better than we could ever have imagined.

Matthew & his team were brilliant from start to finish. We had a room layout/kitchen that wasn't conventional and we really wanted an island unit. Matthew was able to come up with a great design we didn't think would have been possible. We now have a kitchen that meets our needs and with lots of well thought out features that we hadn't previously considered. The kitchen installation went as planned and we were provided with a clear outline of timescales from the outset. Johnny (the installer) was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would really recommend Kreativ Kitchens if you are looking for a great new kitchen!

We could not be happier with our new kitchen! It was a joy to work with Daniel to create and refine our design. We went through various iterations over a number of months. Daniel carefully listened to our ideas and gently steered us in the right direction whilst being conscious of our budget. The final design incorporated everything we had in mind in a logical and functional layout which looks beautiful! He also suggested a few upgrades/extras which we had never considered and which really complete the space. Daniel managed our project and the communication was excellent throughout. He was very patient with delays or challenges caused by our building work and always came with solutions. The installation process was quick and genuinely enjoyable, Jonny is a craftsman with an eye for detail who takes real pride in his work. The quality of finish is impeccable. The aftercare is also excellent. Matt, Daniel and Jonny have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend Kreativ. The team are very talented, professional and friendly. They also make incredible kitchens!

From start to finish Kreativ Kitchens have been amazing!! Daniel (Kitchen Designer) was able to take the ideas from our thoughts, and consider all the finer points, using his expertise to share his ideas, but generally by listening well and paying attention to detail, to create a bespoke kitchen, that suited our space and family needs. Jonny (Kitchen Fitter) focused on attention to detail too, with customer service, fitting the product and all of the finishing touches. There were a few blips along the way, which were outside Kreativ's control, but the team dealt with the issues as quick as they'd arisen, which made for a smooth fix. The transformed space is simply a perfect match to the design on the page. We are VERY happy we chose Kreativ Kitchens, they have gone above and beyond with customer service, the quality of the products and value for money. We would highly recommend this company to create a new space for you too.

We absolutely love our new kitchen. From design to completed install we really enjoyed the whole process. The team listened to our initial ideas and designed something which was much more! Their level of knowledge and detail of kitchens was something we had no idea existed! The install was super high quality and really liked and appreciated opportunity for minor tweaks during the fit out to reflect our very non square house! There was a minor issue which was dealt with without any hint of problem whatsoever, communications always proactive and professional. We had problems with our build timescales (who knew?!) Kreativ were really helpful and supportive throughout. It’s been a fantastic experience and we now have an amazing, really sexy kitchen!

We have a couple of fantastic projects that we're currently working on in conjunction with Matt at Kreativ Kitchens. We can't recommend his company highly enough. For some clients, making the final decisions on colour schemes, finishes, and appliances plus quirky additions to their kitchens is difficult but Matt guides them patiently and seamlessly through the process. Excellent customer service is always a priority and we look forward to working with him again in 2023 on future projects.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! Matthew and the Kreativ team inspired us, guided us and then built us the most amazing kitchen (and utility room!) in our new extension. We love every single bit of it. The quality of the hardware and the workmanship is exceptional. Would not hesitate to use them again although I feel the quality of the kitchen means it will be around for a very long time!

Matthew and his team were excellent in assisting us with our kitchen project. He gave his insight and design suggestion rather than "do what you what you want, it's your kitchen" approach. We had a problem with our project which caused a major delay, but Matt was able to accommodate and fit the kitchen in time.
