Saffron Interiors recently designed and installed a new kitchen for me. The kitchen was very well designed, and fully utilised the small space available. The installation was professionally undertaken, and any issues were raised with me. The project was well managed and completed to time. There was good communication between the design side of the project, and the installation stage. Progress was regularly reviewed. I am very pleased with my new kitchen, and would recommend using Saffron.

After looking at 4 companies we decided on Saffron Interiors. They were professional & helpful at every stage of the kitchen transformation. We would not hesitate recommending them & would certainly use them again for any further projects.

I can not fault this company from the customer service on the telephone, to the excellent communication with all the team being copied into emails with the client (i.e me!) which was very helpful indeed. It shows how much this company values the relationship with their clients. The Kitchen measurements were perfect with no gaps or signs of the old kitchen door panels. The larger fitted basin and taps work well as a contrast to the lighter work top.A 'marble effect' work top is an ascetically pleasing addition to our kitchen and an affordable improvement to the tired and darker kitchen worktop and overall impression of the kitchen that we had before. The kitchen fitter was amazingly fast -paced and accurate with his workmanship; always on time and helpful with future updates to our kitchen such as a water filter system. All the team were helpful with suggestions about costs, practical materials which would be durable and not inclined to stain or mark. Additional spot lights under the cupboards have made a great difference to the overall feel and lightness of our kitchen too. I did not encounter a 'sales pitch' coming from any of the team and they kept to their promised time scales from the start to completion of our kitchen transformation. We commissioned the team at Saffron to redo our kitchen as they came up with a fantastic, well thought through design by really taking the time to really understand how we use the kitchen and our individual preferences. Great combination of pragmatism, honesty, humour and working within our budget. The fitting team were exceptional and did a fantastic job and were happy to return to fix a few minor niggles at the end of the job. A challenge facing everyone is long and unpredictable appliance timelines - came through in the end but having a borrowed oven and microwave from Saffron made things v easy. Great team, excellent product.

Our kitchen was a particularly challenging space to re-design. Saffron took the challenge with no problem and have made our kitchen work for us. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible. The team are clearly very knowledgeable on the all the appliances/cabinets/materials etc. which helped with all the choices we made. They were able to provide an approximate figure for the project at the outset and the final total was pretty much on target. Highly efficient and organised, they were superb project managers and took all the stress out of the process with thoughtful personal touches for us, the client along the way. The installation team were just as professional and pleasure to have in our home with nothing being too much trouble. A few months down the line, we are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen and Saffron are still helpful at the end of the phone line/email when we have a question.

Saffron Interiors have carried out 4 jobs for me over the past 5 years Not huge jobs:- a kitchen refurbishment/replacement cupboard doors/small built in wardrobe/and recently a full wall bedroom wardrobes and bedside cabinets. I think that says it all! The whole team do such a brilliant job, nothing is too much trouble, the workmanship and attention to detail is ace I would recommend Saffron wholeheartedly for any job large or small

Saffron Interiors did a fantastic job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. At initial enquiry stage they responded quickly and answered any questions that I had. They then took the time to come and measure twice to ensure the replacement kitchen was going to match our requirements. They were always available to help. The fitting of the replacement kitchen doors/drawers/worktop/sink `& hob only took 1 week. The fitter Tibi was excellent and asked on a daily basis if i had any concerns which was very reassuring. He worked extremely hard and tied up every day. I now have a beautiful kitchen. A total transformation. Its rare to find such a wonderful company that you have full faith and trust in. We wanted someone to manage the whole project and Saffron delivered from start to finish. We appreciated the design input, great customer care and friendly but professional approach. Very professional team - I used them to refurbish kitchen cabinets after a flood. They were excellent at quoting, planning install, and delivering as promised. Excellent project management and very competent installer. I was delighted with the results.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and utility. Both the fitter and electrician were perfectionists, taking every care to ensure we had the best outcome during difficult times. No question or request to change or amend the design was too difficult. Would recommend without hesitation.
