If one room is the most important in the house, it's probably the kitchen. We knew that our outdated narrow kitchen space would be a challenge to transform. After an initial and informal visit, Frank and Toby were quick to see the potential, and describe a complete reversal of its configuration, which we'd never imagined to be possible. Next stage was to visit their superb showroom and workshop to develop a better understanding of the surfaces, features and appliances that we could apply to the design. Toby was able to transform all these ideas into a brilliantly rendered 3D model that really brought the vision to life, which proved to be very faithful to the final kitchen in physical form. It's rare that you meet craftspeople who care about the outcome as much as you do; we were happy that Frank maintained the highest standards, extending to their electrical and plumbing teams. Behind the scenes, Nadia orchestrated everything, ensuring that the kitchen was complete on time and in budget - despite quite a bit of extra work being necessary in the utility room. After a two-year journey, collaborating with Frank and Nadia has been an absolute delight from inception to completion. Frank from Bagshots made us a large bespoke larder pantry, an oak island extension providing seating for 4 stools and retrofitted a dishwasher into our kitchen island. The whole processes was of a very high standard from the design, installation and the quality of the final product. The kitchen is gorgeous and the process to get here was seamless. From the start Frank and his whole team were fully engaged and as excited and enthusiastic as we were about the project. Nothing was too much trouble. Detailed consideration was given to the more challenging elements. The whole process from start to finish was made as easy as it could be for us, without any compromise. The quality of the joinery is exceptional. The kitchen space has been transformed and is a real pleasure to be in.

We initially went to Bagshot Kitchens as they were a local independent company and we are so pleased that we did. From the very first contact to the completion of the project, which included design, supply and fit, they could not have been more helpful or professional. The project was completed on time, even with some small additions which we added. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality job.

We absolutely love our Bagshotts kitchen. Starting from the beginning, the design process is exceptional. We were able to visualise what our kitchen would look like with 3D software. You are not buying an off the shelf product, you are buying a bespoke kitchen. Frank and his wife listened to what we wanted to get out of the space and together we came up with a design that got us really excited (especially our unique dog bed that’s designed into the overall space). The team on site were friendly and respectful and the aftercare (dealing with ongoing issues with a boiling water tap) has been outstanding. We would not hesitate in recommending Bagshotts.

From design through to completion Bagshot Kitchens were professional and showed they really cared about producing the best possible kitchen/diner for us. Attention to detail, meticulous planning and beautiful hand made furnishings resulted in a superbly finished kitchen diner.

We are delighted with our dream kitchen done by Frank Toby and the rest of his team. The computer generated pictures look exactly like the finished product. Excellent attention to detail. Wood work very smart. Oak cladding around existing steel girder are superb. Top notch white goods. Lots of extras added by me were done with no complaint! Worth every penny. Added a huge chunk to the house value without a doubt.

Frank and his lovely team have just completed our dream kitchen. We are completely delighted with it! Every little detail was carefully considered and implemented. The finished kitchen is beyond our expectations and is a real joy to use. Frank, Toby and Steve were a pleasure to have in the house, always tidy and considerate, and made the upheaval of a new kitchen more bearable! And Nadia was brilliant at sourcing and being completely in tune with what we were looking for. All in all, a great experience and we can’t praise Bagshots enough. We had thought about a modern kitchen in a colour of our choice for a new kitchen , when we had bagshots look at the space available and our house they tailored a bespoke design and colour that has transformed our first ideas to beyond that. Their experience of what will fit in and how natural as well as artificial light works combines to make a outstanding kitchen.

Bagshots provided an exemplary service, from original concept through to an on-time completion. Their designs for kitchen, bathroom and en-suite for a 200 year old cottage were imaginative and sympathetic, and the building has been much enhanced while retaining the character and originality of the property. In every respect their work demonstrated a clear understanding of this type of property, their advice on design and materials has been ideal, and the quality and finish of the project is exceptional.

Frank guided us through the design phase, helped us work out what we wanted in a kitchen and produced a stunning design that has changed the way we use our home. The build was challenging because of the scale of the works, but for Frank there are no problems that can’t be sorted out with a bit of thought, ingenuity and elbow grease. He has a fantastic eye for detail and design - and if you use Frank, trust his judgement and advice. Even though we had agreed the design and were present throughout the project, we were blown away by the finished kitchen.

Frank is the Gandalf of kitchen design. He was supremely flexible, open to our ideas but at the same time he had his own very clear vision of how the kitchen should look, and how it should be used. Frank was painstaking, he is a craftsman, and left no stone unturned in the build and installation. He is not a cheap kitchen designer, but at the same time, I think his design and execution represented good value - it is the definition of quality. Plus he did throw in some extras which we appreciated. Above all, Frank always returned calls, and did exactly what he said he would do. In today’s age, that counts for a lot.

Bagshots made me a bespoke kitchen island. Frank was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly and produced a piece of furniture which was exactly as I had envisaged it; it serves its purpose extremely well and looks great. I would highly recommend Frank and his team to anyone requiring assistance with a kitchen project.

To say we were delighted with our kitchen would be an understatement. It is gorgeous, my only sadness is that we have had to wait until our 70's to have the kitchen of our dreams. From the moment we first met Frank we felt we were on to a winner, he was so kind and helpful and so enthusiastic, both he and his wife Nadia have gone out of their way to sort out problems for us. Ours was not an easy kitchen to make as he had to fit the kitchen round existing supplies of water and electrics. The pre build was a real hassle but Frank's guidance was invaluable. His team were delightful and so helpful - we really miss them now it is all finished. The design, the colour, the ideas and the appliances were thoughtfully put together. We have had an issue with the hob but it is being sorted out. Frank also worked around our desire to keep our washing machine and tumble dryer. The fitting of the work surface was amazing and when it arrived it was in and all done and dusted in no time at all. All in all, even though the kitchen is designer kitchen the cost was no more than the quotes we had for other off the shelf kitchens. All in all I could not recommend 'Bashots' more highly - thank you Frank and the team.

This was the only company who instantly "got me" and what I envisaged for our new kitchen. They came on board immediately and the whole planning process was fantastic and very professional. When the work started during the Covid period they were wonderful, very careful and extremely aware of all the problems we all faced. Such amazing hard work throughout all proceedings, together with good humour and long long hours - well done you Bagshots ! I would certainly recommend this company for their enthusiasm, professionalism and plain good work ethic. They will continue to go from strength to strength I am sure. Bagshots designed and fitted a new kitchen for us; we are absolutely delighted with the results, and the work done. We gave Frank a pretty free hand with the design, and he put a lot of thought into it. When the team fitted the kitchen, they couldn't take too much care, and made sure everything was perfect. From inception to completion, Frank and his team went the extra mile to ensure they delivered my dream kitchen. I can honestly say that they understood exactly what I wanted/needed the space to be like in both a practical and aesthetic way and they translated it into reality. The design process was surprisingly transparent from the outset. I could see exactly what my kitchen would look like - I even walked around it using VR goggles, I was actually in my new kitchen - amazing! I was dreading the build, the disruption, the stress but the reality was the opposite, it was exciting! I was involved with each design decision and hugely enjoyed the creative process, and it was creative - I have a truly bespoke and beautifully crafted kitchen. I have had my new kitchen for six weeks now ( I waited to write a review) and I can honestly say that I absolutely love it. After meeting with kitchen designer Frank and discussing our preferences and measurements, he produced two design options matching our brief, taking all our comments into consideration and enhancing with his own expertise. The visual drawings were amazing, undoubtedly the best of all quotes received. The quality was better than a photograph. We are awaiting progress of our self-build before proceeding further.

May I say that Frank & Toby were very professional in all aspects of the renewal of our kitchen/Lounge with a beautiful Island as you can see in the photographs it is a stunning. We contacted Bagshots for a representative to come out and show us the quality this company was offering. We loved what we saw and thrilled with the results. We couldn't ask for more they cleaned up every evening before leaving, Frank & Toby are perfectionists which shows with the end product. We would recommend Bagshots to all my Family and Friends.
