An excellent company. We had our shower room and bathroom done one after the other. The planning was masterminded by Cameron. He had an excellent knowledge of the process , products and bathroom furniture available and their quality and durability. He was very patient with many questions. He made detailed plans after prior consultation and was readily amenable to changes if preference dictated. I felt we were guided well and advised well. Helpful computerised diagrams too. The Team who carried out the work at our home were quietly efficient and respectful of the property. They inspired confidence with their work and answered all our questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any internal upgrade of bathroom and shower room.

We were needing to replace our old kitchen, tried all the usual retail park brands. The issue we faced was all the designers tried to replicate our existing kitchen design,which no longer met our needs. Quality was also not great and very annoying constant calls to find out when we were going to order kitchen. A friend recommended we try Bathroom & Kitchen Planet. We met Scott Richards, who listened to our requirements,showed us round showroom to give us ideas of what they could offer. Also Scott was only designer to offer to come to our house ,take measurements to ensure design was best use of space. A week later we met up and chose design that best suited our requirements.We were also very impressed with quality of kitchen units on offer. Order was placed, delivery 3 months-it seems like a long time ,but it goes by quickly and there is a lot of organisation involved. Week before delivery fitter looked round kitchen to ensure there were no issues likely to crop up and recheck kitchen dimensions from drawings. Firstly we had existing kitchen dismantled,this was done in a couple of days and debris cleaned away ready to accept new kitchen units. Following week kitchen arrived on date as promised. Fitter ,electricians and plumbers were all on site and were very polite and workmanship was excellent-no corners cut! Kitchen was completed by end of week,followed by Scott coming round to house to show us how all new appliances worked and to ensure we were happy with work done. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recomend Bathroom& Kitchen Planet to anyone seeking to replace their existing kitchen.

My Journey started with Bathroom Planet 22 years ago when I had a Bathroom Designed and installed the quality was brilliant I had a Wow Bathroom and was still looking good as the years rolled on . I decided as the years were catching up on me I would say goodbye to the old and have a new Bathroom with a Walk in Shower delighted Bathroom Planet were still at the same Showroom so as an older returning client I had a new Bathroom Designed for me I have not been disappointed . Professional Friendly Teams coming to do different parts of the installation even to the clearing up and hoovering every night before they left well worth a Gold Star. I now once again have a Wow Bathroom the Quality is outstanding. Bathroom Planet I would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed.

Bathroom Planet replaced my en suite 4 years ago and I have now got my main bathroom done by them I could not praise them enough. The quality is excellent and the Team I had for installation was Richard and John who were excellent very methodical every tile lines up to perfection Johnston who owns the company and all his staff are excellent to deal with I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I ordered a new double oven via Bathroom & Kitchen Planet. The oven was delivered on schedule and installed without any problems. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
