We used Benchmark Kitchens for our new kitchen and cannot recommend them highly enough. We went to several high street names but weren't happy with the generic designs produced. Despite our limited budget, Richard produced an exceptional kitchen for us - combining a couple of bespoke cupboards with off-the shelf items to really make it look beautiful and function perfectly for our needs. Benchmark kitchens were extremely prompt and easy to work with throughout the process and I cannot recommend the highly enough.

Painstaking and thorough consultation and design of new kitchen. Solid advice as to realistic delivery dates for the different components, and excellent craftsmanship from the installers. The quality of the new kitchen seems very high, with very swift remedying of the only small glitch.

Benchmark kitchens provided a fast and efficient service after we had been let down by another supplier at the beginning of November. The original design was tweaked by Benchmark kitchens and the kitchen was ordered and fitted before Christmas. The kitchen fitter worked extremely neatly and efficiently. We are now enjoying and delighted with our new kitchen.

We contacted Richard initially as we aspired to obtaining our dream kitchen but had budgetary constraints and construction progress issues to contend with on our significant house remodelling / makeover project.
Right from the outset Richard understood our brief and was able to formulate a design and costing that exceeded our expectations in every respect.
Our general programme slippage was a real concern to us but Benchmark Kitchens & Interiors were incredibly accommodating through working into their busy fitting schedule an install date that fitted our site progress.
The quality of the finished product is second to none.
Richard's knowledge and clear direction as to what would and wouldn't work for our new kitchen design was incredibly helpful as without this we believe that our kitchen would not be attracting the level of praise that it is currently receiving from family and friends.

Richard was so helpful with coming up different ideas. Nothing was to much when we kept changing the type of worktop. His eye for detail was impeccable with making sure everything lined up. My husband and I entered into a contract with Benchmark Kitchens & Interiors after having an insurance claim approved following flood damage in the kitchen from the bathroom above.
The previous kitchen had been designed and installed by Benchmark Kitchens (a different manager, at the time) and we were happy to consult them again.
From the first meeting to discuss plans with Richard until the completion of the installation we experienced professionalism, with practical alternatives suggested, but never any pressure on final decisions.
The quality of workmanship from the joiner was excellent: if only all tradesmen were as clean and tidy. Target dates and deadlines were satisfactorily met to fit around our previous arrangements which could not be changed.
Because of our final choice of work surface, our budget was more than originally planned. However, that was entirely as a result of our decision.
We would not hesitate to recommend Richard and his team for their knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire project.
We are more than happy with the finished result.

We visited numerous kitchen suppliers before inviting Richard from Benchmark to provide us with a design and quote. His design was far superior to the others we had received, although we made a couple of personal changes. The price agreed was better than expected and the installation went smoothly, a special mention to Paul who installed it and did a fantastic job. My only comment would be is we were surprised Richard never visited at the end of the project to see how his design transferred from the concept to reality. I would certainly recommend Benchmark to our friends and family.
