Brampton Interiors

Delighted to see that our kitchen won a Houzz award, Natasha worked so hard on it and paid attention to every little detail. She takes such pride in creating her designs and clearly has a passion and real talent for what she does so pleased to see her efforts rewarded! She is very easy to work with as well. Our kitchen was part of a sizeable renovation so she also had that to contend with as well but she was endlessly patient and thoughtful and found solutions as needed. We love our new kitchen and its a real centre piece to the house creating a lovely bright, airy and relaxed vibe. Natasha got in everything that we had hoped for and other things we didn't know existed that have just made it extra special and within our budget. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Brampton's to anyone, we are so pleased that we used a local company. When my husband casually asked what benefit there was to using Natasha/Brampton's vs a big chain and she said "me" in a very gentle but quietly assured way and she was so right, she was worth her weight in gold. Being local she was also able to check everything on site which many other companies would not have been able to do, we could pop in and ask questions, have someone we could discuss with and email. It removed a lot of the stress and both she and Brampton's were excellent. Kitchen went in without a hitch (thanks also to Steve the excellent fitter!).

Brampton Interiors provided an amazing design and installation service when we needed a kitchen for our new extension. Six years on our kitchen still looks great and working perfectly as Brampton have been happy to address some wear and tear issues that arose over time. Thoroughly impressed by the level of service and professionalism provided, even years after installation. Very glad we decided to go with Brampton for our kitchen.

Hugely impressed by the service provided by Brampton Interiors. They fitted our new kitchen in 2011, which has lasted brilliantly. And, when we needed a new fridge this year, they had all the details, ordered a replacement straight away and fitted it as soon as it arrived. The team also tweaked the hinges in places for a few of our cupboard doors. The whole thing looks like new again. Thanks to the team. We really value your support!

We chose Brampton Interiors because they came highly recommended and the design service we received before we made the final choice was brilliant - Natasha Poppleton-Roy took the time to really understand what we wanted and came up with initial designs and subsequent modifications that fit our requirements, and included attention to the little details as well as the bigger items. We utilised the project management and kitchen fitting services of Brampton Interiors and they were second to none - the attention to detail and the professionalism made the whole process smooth and painless. We are absolutely delighted with the end result - it was a complete transformation!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bramptons who refitted our kitchen, utility room and boot room last year. One of the main reasons we picked Bramptons was on our initial visit Carmel made suggestions regarding the layout which had never occurred to us (or been suggested elsewhere). Carmel really listened to what we were looking for to enable us to end up with rooms that really work for us and deliver just what we wanted. We had numerous visits to the showroom to plan everything out in detail, sometimes taking a whole meeting over one cupboard! but now, nearly a year on, I can confidently say there is nothing I would change. The fitting process went smoothly and when the company fitting the work surface turned up a couple of hours ahead of schedule Carmel came straight up to make sure everything was ok and sign off the installation. Now we have our new kitchen it is unlikely we will be fitting another any time soon but were we to do so I would be going straight back to Bramptons.

A big thank you to Louise for your help with some new additions to my already beautiful Brampton kitchen. Another fantastic and professional job, can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience when working with Brampton interiors (David and Carmel in particular). From our first meeting they worked with us to design our kitchen and understand our intentions and the final product is everything we had hoped it would be. The site installation team and Barry the PM we excellent too. Would highly recommend Brampton.

I am just writing to thank you and everyone that works for and with you at Brampton Interiors. I first came to you last Summer and from our first chat, where I found out that you could not only install a new kitchen for me but also undertake all my building requirements, right through to the end of project, everything has been great. Carmel came up with an inspirational design and best use of space for my modest end of terrace property. Both Jonathon and Dave the builder scared me as they efficiently seemed to take my house apart and start the transformation. Barry (the builder) was always there as a point of contact and would always get back to me, at least within a day or two, while he managed the work processes and made sure that everything was proceeding to plan. He also took responsibility for managing work that was outside Brampton’s original brief. Tim the plasterer produced many glass like surfaces when unexpected ceilings had to be removed and walls made good. Dan the skilled and patient carpenter worked tirelessly with an eye for detail. I cannot thank highly enough Jason the electrician and Luke the ever-present guy who did just about everything quietly and relentlessly, they both went above and beyond. The decorating was done to a lovely high standard by Mitch and Aaron and finished off the house nicely. I apologise for missing out a few names that have helped along the way, but I will add that without exception everyone involved in my project from Brampton’s were absolutely brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend you to potential customers. Yes, the project ran over and yes, I spent more than I thought I was going to, but most of that was due to unexpected hiccups of one sort or another that were dealt with as they turned up and in a very professional manner. We recently built our new forever home with the kitchen being the key focal point of the house. I was clear in the vision that I wanted and we had approached other Brands that offered so called sale discounts to include an Italian group and I was ready to place an order until one Saturday I just popped in to look round the showroom. From my first meeting with Carmel I knew we would buy our kitchen (and utility) from them. I am far from an easy customer but she worked with me to find the best possible solutions and took time to show me how the little details matter - i.e. making sure what you want in a drawer actually fits in the drawer. She even managed to change my mind on key items like the finish on the doors. Finally I would note that David really worked on the price to make it all work and they pre ordered appliances to make sure they were here on time as he was aware of big lead times. As they always say you get what you pay for and there is a reason this company has been around for years!!

Outstanding company with excellent attention to detail and creative design. Carmel is an incredible and diligent kitchen designer and the kitchen product is of such great quality. Fantastic customer service. Second kitchen with these guys - totally recommend

We carried out extension work on our house, which included installing a new kitchen. We cook every day and we entertain friends and family regularly. We wanted a stylish kitchen, preferably in blue, but it had to be functional, good quality and guaranteed to last a long time. We looked in the usual places and, after much research, we settled on two local suppliers, one of which was Brampton Interiors, and obtained quotes. The quotes were comparable, but Brampton Interiors stood out for several reasons: they had a wider variety of styles and colours and, more importantly, their designer, Carmel, was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Carmel was very attentive, never rushed us and made helpful suggestions whenever we were undecided. We immediately felt comfortable with Carmel and we trusted her judgment. Carmel designed a beautiful, stylish and extremely functional kitchen. It’s not a big space, but it was designed so well that it looks spacious and we have plenty of storage. All units and appliances are of great quality and it’s a pleasure to cook in. One of my favourite bits is the beautiful quartz worktop and splash back, made of one piece of quartz, cut to size. We have received excellent after sales care. Brampton Interiors were proactive, quick to respond and made sure that everything is the right place and fully functional. They liaised with the appliance supplier about a minor fault with the oven seal. The supplier responded quickly and replaced the seal within a week. We absolutely love our kitchen and so does everyone who comes to visit! We highly recommend Brampton Interiors and Carmel to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Sandra & Paul

I would not hesitate to recommend Bramptons to others wishing to replace their kitchen. We selected Bramptons from a wide selection of other firms and do not regret the decision taken. Their technical expertise at the time of design and re-checking of all details to ensure we were completely satisfied with the virtual results then translated into the finalised kitchen, which we are so delighted with. Thank you Team at Bramptons.
