Byron Burford Kitchens and Interiors

I ordered my kitchen early 2019 and paid upfront for the build slot with a delivery in May 2019. It was delivered several weeks late. What was delivered did not match the signed off CAD and many other issues with some major parts not delivered. It is now April 2020 and still not all of my kitchen is even delivered, I am still chasing. The cost of the kitchen is significantly higher too, as doors and carcasses come from different suppliers and you have to pay for the installer to finish the construction, there is much more work than you would expect. (I have issues with doors not fitting units too, as this does not get found out until install stage). I ordered Miele appliances and waited months for them. Communication from the supplier is also very poor. Expect stress, worry and disappoint. A purchase from Byron Burford kitchens I would not repeat.

In December 2018 we ordered a kitchen from Byron Burford Kitchens but he messed us around for months - lost money because after 11 months of trying he hadn’t correctly measured our existing kitchen, made an accurate plan or given us a price. We finally had to give up and go elsewhere. Found out through his tradesman that his design was flawed and the style of doors he promised were not possible. Offered us some money back but never paid, always full of excuses.

Absolutely awful experience with Byron kitchens. Terrible customer service, constant lies and made up delivery dates. In the end I gave up waiting for missing bits of my kitchen and sourced them from elsewhere. Wish I had gone elsewhere in the first place. Avoid at all costs and you'll save yourself a lot of stress!
