At our first meeting I immediately found him to be friendly, approachable and a dedicated professional with many years of experience in the design and fitting of interiors. Following our initial discussions regarding ideas and budget he quickly produced a detailed plan of the new kitchen. This was both stylish and practicable. I was impressed by his attention to detail. Rob had incorporated all I had requested as well as providing solutions to problems I had not even considered. He carefully guided me through product selection that was available from the comprehensive range contained within his numerous catalogues. In addittion he assisted me with sourcing specialist items, for example, the arctic white glass splash backs used instead of tiles, plinth lighting etc. At no time did Rob pressure me into increasing my costs.
