“After successfully purchasing a once-noble but more recently faded pre-WWII two storey brick house located in a private road in Cobham during mid 2016, we were fortunate enough to contact Three Eleven Design early in the process of searching for an architect that could help bring our renovation and extension hopes and aspirations to life. Rob and his team were enthusiastic about the project from the very beginning and the innovative, considerate and thoroughly professional approach that they took in breathing life into our dream was exactly what we had hoped for. From a timing perspective regarding both design and also planning approval, we were ambitious and Three Eleven Design were able to complete the design (including several iterations) and also lodge the planning application and receive planning confirmation & approval all within 4 months. When we then moved to the construction phase, Three Eleven Design continued to be actively involved and engaged in the project – as part of the wider professional team. Contrary to the experience of many other people in the UK residential construction industry, our project was completed on time – we moved in on the exact day identified at the very start of the program – and the project was delivered also within budget. The end result is a home that we are immensely proud of, as it is a wonderful mix of classical, modern & clean lines, light & spacious rooms and a creative use of materials and finishes. Based on our experiences, we would have no hesitation in recommending Three Eleven Design.”
