“We purchased a kitchen from Eco German Kitchens for our new house. We were very happy with the service that we received during the initial design and the good advice for the layout of our new kitchen. I was happy with the overall price too especially the appliances which were very competitively priced. The kitchen was ready on time when we needed it and when our builder was running late they happily stored it for a couple of weeks too. When our builders damaged one of the cabinets and lost a couple of parts they were very very helpful in getting replaces quickly and nothing was too much to ask. Very happy with our kitchen and we always get great comments from people when ever they see it!”

“We had a full kitchen installation from The Myers Touch, including some relevant building work (contracted separately, but which they helped to organise). In brief: •All the people were excellent to deal with. •The design was brilliant - not a term we use lightly. The designer obviously took the time to understand how we wanted to use the kitchen and was prepared to be a bit radical in producing something that met our needs. The kitchen has been a delight to use. •The installations manager and the installer did a really good and helpful job on the installation and were very flexible in making some customised pieces that have really worked for us. The experience wasn't quite perfect: •The designer was new to this country and was not yet familiar with things like the brands of appliances available, etc. That would have been OK without COVID, but working from home made it harder for her just to ask a colleague. It all came out right, but it took time. •The bigger problem was with the supplier of the cabinets (not on this occasion Siematic), who just couldn’t seem to deliver the right parts in the right size and the right colour. But there was no problem with the quality when they did arrive. We make a lot of use of our kitchen and remain delighted with it, as a working area that responds to the way we want to use it, and entertain in it.”

“We chose In-Toto to design and supply our new kitchen for an extension we were building. We thought we'd go for the usual Magnet or Howdens, who can provide reasonable kitchens for reasonable prices but we visited In-Toto after one of the builders we had spoken to recommended them, praising them for their professionality and highlighting the fact that it is always good to have design, supply and fitting done by the same company, to avoid any issue. I was a bit skeptical (I was worried about the price) but since the first visit Cheryl and Alan totally won me. They were very professional but also very relaxed and when I mentioned what our budget was they didn't make any negative comment (other showrooms with kitchen of similar quality had basically sent me away saying we couldn't do much with our budget) and simply said they'd try to do they best, but to only bear in mind we couldn't go for their top quality range (please note that they more economic range is not a low quality, just doesn't include some more expensive types of cupboard doors or other finishing). That was only the beginning of a long series of meetings to get to our final layout. The first design Cheryl proposed was perfect already but I kept changing things (I changed my mind on colour and worktop at least three times) . And price in the end wasn't that bad. Cheryl made sure we could take advantage of seasonal discounts on cabinets and appliances (NEFF mostly, which are great!) and we walked away with a beautiful, modern, spacious kitchen. And the fitters were great - we had some issues with the finishing from the buildres but Luke and his team did an awesome job. One more reason why I was very happy we chose In-Toto. To close I'll quote my husband who not long ago said to me: I keep walking in this kitchen and thinking we are in some sort of fancy rented place. It is so beautiful and works so well that i cannot believe it's ours!!”
