To think that I dialed Eden’s kitchen’s number by mistake and that single mistake turned out to be our greatest blessing on this journey. From the moment we walked into the showroom, to speaking to Jay, the head designer, we knew we were not going anywhere else for our kitchen. His knowledge, design eyes/mind, attention to detail, very positive attitude and passion for what he does instantly put our mind at rest. From conceptualization to delivery was amazing and the customer service was nothing short of fantastic, always available to help and provided answers to any question we had. We gave our requirements and Jay went above and beyond what we asked for. “Amberth provide talent, creativity and attention to detail from project conception through to design, construction and completion. They renovated our new house for us last year, a Georgian town house. We wanted to retain the traditional feel of the house and the original features where possible but we also wanted to create modern living spaces, particularly in our kitchen/basement. The team at Amberth listened to our ideas and the designer visited the property we were living in at the time to get a good feel for our style and how we use space. They created a design, which really focused on maximising the use of the space available, and it’s livability, but didn’t compromise on style. The designer worked with us to create concepts for every room; they really do leave no stone unturned and they get on with things, addressing any issues they come across methodically and efficiently. They take pride in their work and the quality of finishes of our tiled floors, cornices, and restored living room doors and shutters is of the highest standard. “Great service from the initial home visit to completion of the work. They took time to understand what we were trying to achieve from the outset, which compared to at least 2 other kitchen companies we had used before, was a refreshing change. The designer clearly knew what questions to ask us which made us think about our initial design. He was excellent. The administration/organisation of the job was detailed and accurate, again something that has let us down previously. Finally the execution of the job was as promised (I had my doubts as we had changed our mind at least twice about our design) There is not much I can fault them for, it shouldn't be necessary to comment on a company doing what they say they would do but corny though it sounds they really did do ''exactly what it said on the tin'' - fit a very good kitchen without any of the expected hassle.”
