“We needed an entire new kitchen, & laundry room. They were exceptionally helpful, in the layout, design and entire process. They answered all of our questions regarding, sizes, dimensions, best practice. They made every change we wanted, and changed them again during the design as we asked and changed our minds. They gave us very fair pricing, excellent cabinetry, professionals service, met with us when it was convenient for us out side of normal hours. I had spoken with 5 cabinet designers, installers remodelers prior to them. AND I can tell you they allowed me to be the customer. They met my needs as the home owner, did not prejudge my wallet, and helped in the design so that it was appropriate, timely look, and just the best ever. They also, offered us a discount after we finalized our plan, and then went back and found another promo we were entitled to and gave it to us as well. It was a pleasure. Our cabinetry beat the big box costs, which was not our goal. We wanted quality product, we wanted proper layout for the install, we wanted functionality of a person who actually cooks,. They never once said, well you can to us.... We used them because they enabled us to have what we wanted. Our cost, was for 17 new custom doors, doors, jams, emtek hardware, all new kitchen cabinets, 15 deep uppers maple stained, w 33 and 39 corners & trim and base boards2 appliance garages, appliances, thermador stove, mic, 48sxscounter depth fridge, custom copper 42in farmers sink, dual water stone gantry fixtures, exotic granite counter, island, in a 16 x 16 kitchen with 3 times that area in oak flooring refinished as well.”

“My husband and I hired The Coveted Kitchen to do the design work for the complete renovation of our kitchen in our 30-year old home. From the first visit to the most recent follow-up, we couldn't have chosen a better company. Both Karen and her husband, Doug, not only guide you through the design process, but also work with the contractors hired (in our case, we solicited bids from three other contractors, but ended up going with one they suggested, who provided the same level of excellent service), to assure that the results are what the homeowner had hoped. In our case, with resounding success! Karen Needler combines her skill at design with an astute sensitivity to what the homeowner has in mind. After meeting with us in our home, her suggestions for cabinet style, countertop, etc. were "spot on" with regard to merging our ideas with the style of the rest of the home. She worked with me throughout the process, reducing the myriad of choices to a manageable level. To select the appropriate new appliances, she helped me shop, pointing out features that have proven effective or were not worth the additional cost, given our needs. She also accompanied me to the granite supplier to help select the slabs needed, which was later followed up by a meeting with the supplier to assure the slabs were cut according to our kitchen's needs. Of special note is that, once chosen, Karen placed the work order, thus ensuring that the countertop would be ready when our project was ready to receive it. She made the difficult choice of a countertop far easier than expected, with absolutely wonderful results; and also made sure that the material was ready when our project needed it. There were a few minor challenges along the way (is any project perfect?). But ours were truly minor because either Karen or Doug anticipated, or knew how to address them. They seem to work well with their quality suppliers, so any problems were quickly resolved. We became acquainted with The Coveted Kitchen a few years ago in the middle of a master bathroom project that had "gone awry". They stepped in, worked with the existing contractor and succeeded in completing the project with ease. I would gladly contact then again for any home remodeling project.”
