“Jon came to our home and after looking at our existing kitchen he listened to our needs and wishes for a new kitchen, and then made some great suggestions from his expertise. Jon drew up comprehensive plans according to our budget and then showed us many ranges of cupboards, drawers, sinks etc...to choose from. We were very particular with the appliances that were to be fitted into the kitchen and Jon went above and beyond to get what we wanted. Jon was a very competent project manager, sticking to budget, excellent with the communication and co-ordination. All the workmen that worked in our home were completely trustworthy and worked to an impressive high standard. “Absolutely delighted with my kitchen, the workmanship from each of the trades was very good. All of them polite and clean and tidy The units, flooring and internal doors provided are all of a good quality. Kept to original budget. The only thing that dissappointed, was the timescale of works, I was without use of appliances longer than expected. The whole job was project managed by a very efficient and affable person and I was kept informed of the progress at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lima.”

“I had 3 quotes of which Discover Kitchens was the highest. (Not by a huge amount). I chose to use them because the quality of the products was of the highest quality. I also felt the service from Simon was excellent and at no point did I feel we were getting the "hard sell" treatment. The other 2 companies were miles away in terms of seeming to genuinely care and the products felt substandard in comparison. When deciding who to go with it was important to have a contract with someone we felt could be trusted. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon. Yes he might be more expensive but, the quality and service are well worth that bit more to get peace that you will be well looked after.”

“We went along to Kitchen Matters and were impressed by the showroom and quality of the units and appliances. We returned some weeks later and spoke to Amol who immediately grasped what we were trying to achieve in terms of shape and style. Indeed, Amol brought a fresh perspective that ultimately concluded in us having a different layout to what we had originally envisaged and with which we are highly delighted. Amol conducted the matter with almost military precision from the start. No detail was too small and nothing was left to chance. Amol's team (we refer to them as the A team) we all excellent without exception. Every trade worked in tanem with Amol and each other and the operation which lasted circa three weeks was as seamless and as stress free as it could be. Amol delivered in budget and on time and we have a beautiful kitchen which we are very pleased with. We will use Amol and his team again when we do our bathroom - that says it all!”

“We were having a significant amount of extension work carried out by a local professional project management company. A new kitchen was a major part of this project. The project management company directed us towards their usual fitter - an established company we were aware of. We saw this company and described a feature we wanted. We were told by them that there was no space for this feature. We were supplied with one black and white plan of what we were told could be done. We got the impression that no effort was being put in and the company assumed they already had our business and we were an inconvenience. We then looked around and found Arc+be. From the beginning it was a totally different experience. Jide is so enthusiastic about his work. He began by saying not only was there room for the feature we wanted but he could make it bigger if so desired. He was friendly and appeared as excited about our new kitchen as we were. He spent time with us finding out our likes and dislikes and what use was to be made of the kitchen - a lot of our cooking is not traditional western style, though much is. Jide came up with three suggested plans for us, not only showing the proposed layouts but, for each one, providing a colour, computer generated image of what it would look like. He talked through all the options with us and different finishes etc.. We had no hesitation in placing our order with this company. We were provided with a full cost breakdown, copy of the plan and image of the fitted product together with pictures of the white goods, cupboards, finishes (down to the draw handles) we had chosen. The whole extension was a stressful time but having the kitchen fitted was a pleasure. We were kept informed at all stages, work was done when we were told it would be done and when there was a glitch we were brought solutions not excuses. (e.g. the American style fridge freezer we had selected was not available, Jide told us this and offered us a better one, at the same price to us, that he had already ensured was available). Throughout the build, and after it had been completed, we felt that this project was as important to Arc+be as it was to us. Everyone we dealt with - the planner, the fitter, the tile fitter - came across as true professionals who took a pride in their work and enjoyed what they were doing and we're not just doing a job. They are craftsmen (and women). I am not in the habit of making recommendations but I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I would say to anyone thinking of a new kitchen, talk to this company and compare them to others. I feel sure they will come out on top.”
