Our new kitchen was completed in April 2018, it was part of a larger extension project in our home and Kutchenhaus Bristol were outstanding throughout what was a challenging build. We met Rob, Hayley and the team many months earlier, admittedly we were unfamiliar with Kutchenhaus at the time but ventured into the store after some painful and stressful experiences with other larger kitchen retailers. We were instantly impressed, the customer service was the best i've come across anywhere in years, the design and planning stages were seamless, the software and design technology was the most advanced we had seen, i.e. renders were fantastic (anyone who goes through a similiar process buying a new kichen will understand the renders make a huge difference visualising the end result), and the aftercare was equally impressive. The quality of the product matched the service, our nobilia kitchen lived up to our high expectations, during design there was a wide range of choices and features to meet all requirements and the finish proved to be a high quality 'bespoke' look and feel we desired. At first buying a new kitchen was a daunting task and signficant outlay so we wanted everything to be 100% perfect, in the end we got exactly that with reassurance throughout and overall experience was faultless. In my opinion, dont waste any time and effort visiting any other kitchen suppliers, we tried them all (WREN, Magnet, Masterclass, etc), Kutchenhaus Bristol is by far the best service and product in the market and makes buying a new kitchen simple and easy.”

“We first contacted Louise after being scared off many of the well known kitchen companies by the reviews and seemingly appalling customer service horror stories we were reading. We moved to our dream house in August, but the kitchen needed replacing and we were having it extended to create a huge kitchen diner. We had some very specific plans about how we wanted the kitchen. We thought we’d look for a small local, independent, company and found Louise at idesign. Louise was thoroughly pleasant and professional from the start and helped us consider some alternatives and made some great different suggestions, all of which we followed. We changed the colour, worktop, splashback and design of the shape as well as the appliances etc, but they were great ideas. This was one of the benefits of using someone that is clearly very into the work, rather than a wage slave at a national chain. The price was at the top end of our budget, but we wanted to buy a quality service and avoid the problems you read about when using other national suppliers (wrong items, damaged items, missing items, etc). Louise was very patient as we had some delays (beyond our control) with start times, but the day finally arrived. Adam arrived on site and was equally pleasant and professional. Unfortunately there were some problems with missing, damaged or wrong items. The bespoke island worktop was damaged in transit so had to be re ordered (3-4 week lead time) and when the new one turned up it was also damaged, meaning a further 3-4 week lead time. I was not impressed with the worktop delivery company as I saw them drive away from my house with their back doors left open. I can’t help but assume that this is how 2 worktops were damaged, but I am told this is unheard of before my experience. The other major problem was with the glass splashback provider. They came and measured up (very professionally) and fitted a week or so later. They left a bit of dust and debris after fitting (over our otherwise beautiful and expensive new kitchen!) but the real problem was that part of the debris they left was a razorblade which they use to clean the glass or trim the sealant. My wife was wiping the dust off the worktop with her hand and came across the razorblade with her bare hand as it was behind a pot. We are just grateful it wasn’t one of our two young children who found this before we did and I find this to be most unsatisfactory. To her credit, Louise had no control over this and has tried to contact the company to find out why this happened. They told Louise that they would contact me to apologise, et cetera, but I have heard nothing from the fitters in almost 2 months. So, the missing star relates to problems that were not within Louise or Adams direct control. That said, it did affect our overall experience negatively. We would still recommend idesign interiors, and did not take off two stars because the way in which the problems were dealt with was very professional by Louise and Adam, and would undoubtedly have been an awful lot longer to resolve had this been one of the national chains. This is a classic case of all’s well that ends well. Everything that Louise and Adam had direct control over went incredibly smoothly and we are very pleased with the final result. It is a dream kitchen for our dream home and not a day goes by when my wife and I don’t look at each other and say how much we love the kitchen.”

“We employed this company to completely refit a bathroom. The work was quite complex and involved moving the bath and WC to different positions. There was also a considerable amount of ancillary work required. The work was all carried out by the proprietor of the company who worked very hard and continuously from start to finish. It was completed in just over two weeks. We were away on holiday for the first week and had no qualms about leaving the house whilst the work was going on as we had employed RPS before and found the owner to be completely trustworthy. Arrangements had been made some time previously for the work to start on a particular day and this is what happened. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship and the overall outcome of the project.”
