“We purchased our home knowing we had a big task in front of us. Bryce and Doyle made that a much easier process for us! I've known Richard and Tom for 8 years and I have always admired the quality of their work and the cool concepts they come up with. The first time Rich walked through the house I was in full demo mode, and he told me "slow down, don't make your decisions in a vacuum". That advise would pay dividends down the road for me. Enter Amy Kruger! We had a wide open kitchen, dining room, family room almost too much space. Amy's vision blew my wife and I away. We came away with a kitchen that is the focal point of the home, a soreley needed mud room off of the garage, and a awesome fireplace that is a real conversation piece, additionally subtle hints here and there that gave us alot of great ideas we carried forward. When it came to picking out our cabinets they had an extensive selection. Richard and Amy pointed out the pros and the cons, gave us history on the manufacturers, and let us know just because the cabinet is expensive doesn't mean it's the best or the right one for you. Amy's advice was simple "give me your wish list, your dream kitchen and we'll work from there". Once the design was finished it took about a month for the cabinets to show up. Tommy K the master craftsman and capenter extrodinaire set the kitchen including the appliances in about 2 days, bear in mind we converted from Electric to Natural Gas and moved everything around. The template was made for the granite and the stone was install 2 weeks later. The tile backsplash went on, Tommy trimmed it out and we were done. There isn't anything that B&D doesn't think of, there is always 3 to 4 sets of eyes on every detail and nothing gets missed. I would highly recommend them for any project you have in mind! If I can figure out how to load up before and after pictures I'll share my project on here!”

He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. “We recently remodeled a studio we purchased for guests who visit us. The project included the demolition of a kitchenettem and a bathroom, and the installation of new cabinets, wood flooring, granite countertops, appliances, wood molding and a custom Murphy bed in the sleeping area. My husband and I wanted a contractor who specializes in high end kitchens. We hired Paul Lopa (who had previously done two projects for us---a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel) as we were extremely impressed with his work, from beginning to end. For the studio project, Paul brought many samples to our home before the project commenced. It was very easy for us to select the materials, from the wood used for the cabinets and Murphy bed to the granite countertop and wood floor. We were also very pleased with the appliances he helped us select as well, as the kitchen was transformed into a full-fledged kitchen with an eat-at counter. Paul helped us select custom marble for the bathroom which is gorgeous! Every suggestion he made was great. The studio is now worthy of being photographed by Architectural Digest! Paul and his crew are very professional. His staff is friendly and were always on time. Upon completion of the job, the whole area was clean and ready to use. Paul was always accessible and available to answer questions whenever we had one. We were impressed that the project finished on time and on budget! We will definitely use Paul for all future work. “We can’t say enough about the amazing way Alison renovated our 1960’s house from an outdated design that did not meet our needs to a beautifully functional design that we now love! We renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms, which can be a daunting task when the situation seems hopeless and you don’t know where to start. Alison brought a holistic approach to the design, creating a functional space that was consistent with the period of the house. She made sure the design worked well with the adjacent space, and helped us with every detail along the way including selection of tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring, appliances, etc… Our kitchen and our master bath were both extremely space challenged and very dated. Somehow Alison found space where there wasn't any before. Our master bath was a postage stamp sized cubicle with a closet style shower and 1960s green tile. Alison had the vision to expand that space into an adjacent closet while maximizing our other closet space in the master bedroom. She designed a beautiful walk-in shower with waterfall tiling and a new expanded vanity, which allows my wife and I to use the bathroom at the same time. We now have an expansive walk-in closet in our master bedroom without sacrificing significant space in the master bedroom. Our kitchen may have been even more of a challenge than our bathroom and the changes that Alison made completely transformed the functionality and beauty of the kitchen. We started with a 1960's galley kitchen with original cabinets, very limited storage space, an undersized oven, and laminated countertops that were space constrained with our microwave and other appliances. Cooking together in our old kitchen was an impossible task as we were constantly bumping into each other. Alison's vision for our kitchen included bumping out the kitchen wall adjacent to our dining room and using the space where the wall had been for new gas cooktop, serving area and additional cabinets. The dining room side of the expansion now includes beautiful glass cabinets that display our formal china. Alison totally reorganized the flow of the kitchen to allow several people to work in the kitchen comfortably. She expanded the entrance from our living room into the kitchen giving it a much more open feel. We now have over twice the amount of cabinet space we previously had and numerous features that make the kitchen far more functional. We are extremely grateful to Alison for make our home so much warmer and more beautiful.”
