Replacing a kitchen is a stressful and disruptive event and it's important that whoever you work with is professional and provides the attention to detail to ensure a successful conclusion
Forget the high pressure salesman, RFK make every effort to fully understand the requirement and provide practical and useful suggestions to ensure that the design is exactly fit for purpose. From this respect you immediately gain confidence that you are working with a professional who is interested in designing the correct kitchen rather than chasing the best deal
Communication throughout the project has been clear and concise, delivery dates were defined at the beginning and everything delivered on time and as defined
We used RFK to suppy and fit a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, granite work surfaces and flooring - three different sets of sub contractors were involved in the project
The kitchen fitters were quick, accurate and work with you to ensure that everything completes on time without compromising any of the design or quality of the final installation
The flooring contractors were the same, the quality of their work was great
The Granite contractors were similarly impressive with the Granite fitting to sub millimetre tolerances, in addition, one of our pieces of granite (a windowsill) got broken in transit. The fitters contacted the factory to get another piece made, came and fitted the rest and then returned to Cannock to get the new piece to fit it the same afternoon - a round trip of at least 60 miles - fantastic Customer service
So to summarise; every aspect of dealing with RFK and their respective sub contractors has been very positive and we have a kitchen that we are absolutely delighted with”
