“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“Hilary was able to accomplish in a reasonably short amount of time what we had been struggling with for ten years. She saw our limited wall space in a larger open area, oddly positioned fireplace, rug inset, and other challenges not as the insurmountable design challenges that had left us tired and overwhelmed. Rolling up her sleeves, she engaged her creative talents all the while assessing our preferences, budget and tolerance for the process. We recommend her very enthusiastically. She will work hard and creatively to achieve your goals.”

“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“I recently hired Noah Construction to add a 200 sq. ft. loft to my house. The project took just under 3 weeks and was under budget. The price that I paid was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and everything was ahead of schedule. Ori Sakal was the contractor that I worked with; he was terrific. “Judi has been awesome in helping me re-decorate my Condo, transforming it from a drab environment to one I am proud to show to people. We talked/she asked me questions and then we went shopping. She struck a great balance between my budget and my tastes – which she somehow figured out in a surprisingly short period of time. Additionally “Judi’s List” of subcontractors proved to be reliable and did quality work. Bottom line – she is a very sensitive and aware home décor person and I would strongly recommend that you give her a try.”

“Kitchen remodeling, master bathroom remodeling, hardwood floors, tile floors, windows and doors, roof, electrical....complete renovation. Fine Builders were recommended to me from friends that used their services. Nir Gozlan, the owner, worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy with the results. I did meet with a few contractors but Nir was patient and understood our needs, kept within our budget. We met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything was clear on both sides. It is a big project for me and my husband. The project just started. We are remodeling out entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel. I will update my review after the company will finish our project. We are very excited and we are happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.”
