“I was recommended to try OnePlan when I needed my house adapted to suit my changed needs. I needed a lift, and a kitchen that raises up and down and a totally new bathroom and bedroom set up. I sent them the plans of the house. They didn't just design those and stop there! - they made the whole house accessible to me! Showed me in drawings that I had space for a home gym to help with my rehab. They designed new furniture to change my lounge into a lounge/ office/ cinema room! And they also suggested a hot tub with a deck to one side so I can get in and out on my own. This is the only thing I changed. I spent more money and had a swim spa put there instead. I does take up too much space but it's worth it as I can swim against the current in it and it is still warm enough to relax in at one end. Every time anyone visits my home they all say it's brilliant. if I hadn't used OnePlan it would just be the same old house but with a lift and a disabled kitchen and bathroom. I'm happy to recommend them.”

“I have used Chris Chapman several times. He is the only builder I would use! The last project was a complete overhaul of the downstairs of my house including a new hand cast concrete kitchen, re wiring, extensive building works, all the trades were needed and used. Chris has an excellent team and is always on time and budget. I can't say that for many builders!! And the quality and precision of the work is in the highest order.”
