“James and Taeo Kwon Builders built a beautiful rear entrance with a mudroom closet, bathroom with shower and closet along with a covered patio. They finished on time and on budget despite numerous design changes along the way. They were flexible and accommodating. Their workmanship is superb. They use PVC boards for trim and Hardie cement siding that never has to be painted and will never rot. The tile in the bathroom and floors was laid precisely. They included extras such as a decorative niche and small closet for cleaning supplies in the bathroom and amazingly attractive finishing touches on the covered patio post.”

“Sandra is wonderful to work with. She guided us smoothly and kept us from making mistakes. She has a great way of saying you really don't want to do that......she would say "you could do that". Her knowledge of the cabinet makers available allowed us to have a spectacular looking and extremely functional kitchen. “Chris Cardinale the owner is who I hired to be the general contractor and complete a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room. His creativity turned an old house that needed updating to a show piece. He is not only skilled but an honest, consummate professional. Prices are also most fair. Nothing better than a contractor who shows up on time and the days scheduled and on top of it on a daily basis,leaves your house cleaner than when he arrived.”

“Full Kitchen renovation at the start and then added a sunroom. From the beginning, incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She gets all cabinets materials etc... in advance so when she gives you a timeline it is done on time as she does not have to wait for materials to come in. Thus, limits the time you are without your kitchen. Also very patient when you change your mind. She has put together an incredible team including Amazing kitchen designer and decorator as part of project. Crew absolutely wonderful and if they said a plumber, electrician or carpenter would be there this date and time - they were there. The end product is beyond our expectations and we are so happy every single day in our new living space. The work quality is excellent and Beth kept it in budget even though we made numerous changes. She works hard to ensure lowest pricing she can find without compromising quality. I cannot say enough about this amazing builder. I would have her do any projects you may be considering.”
