“From every aspect, RFK have provided a very high level of Customer service coupled with good quality product at an extremely competitive price Replacing a kitchen is a stressful and disruptive event and it's important that whoever you work with is professional and provides the attention to detail to ensure a successful conclusion Forget the high pressure salesman, RFK make every effort to fully understand the requirement and provide practical and useful suggestions to ensure that the design is exactly fit for purpose. From this respect you immediately gain confidence that you are working with a professional who is interested in designing the correct kitchen rather than chasing the best deal Communication throughout the project has been clear and concise, delivery dates were defined at the beginning and everything delivered on time and as defined We used RFK to suppy and fit a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, granite work surfaces and flooring - three different sets of sub contractors were involved in the project The kitchen fitters were quick, accurate and work with you to ensure that everything completes on time without compromising any of the design or quality of the final installation The flooring contractors were the same, the quality of their work was great The Granite contractors were similarly impressive with the Granite fitting to sub millimetre tolerances, in addition, one of our pieces of granite (a windowsill) got broken in transit. The fitters contacted the factory to get another piece made, came and fitted the rest and then returned to Cannock to get the new piece to fit it the same afternoon - a round trip of at least 60 miles - fantastic Customer service So to summarise; every aspect of dealing with RFK and their respective sub contractors has been very positive and we have a kitchen that we are absolutely delighted with”

“Strudwick Interiors made and installed some beautiful bespoke wardrobes for us. The interiors are completed to absolute perfection. The doors are painted in a lovely shade of grey and finished perfectly. We will definitely use again and I have already recommended to some friends!”

“Having taken almost a year to design my new kitchen I had to find someone who was willing to take on my ideas and bring them to life.Using locally sourced wood was not to other kitchen makers liking. Fortunately Old Oak are quite local to me which meant that I was able to call in to discuss details and see the whole project coming together. Bedwyn is a very competent craftsman and made everything to my (demanding) standards. The overall result is stunning!”

“Simon and Jaz delivered a wonderful kitchen makeover by fitting new replacement doors and built a frame around our new fridge. They also supply a new Gorenje oven and larder wire pull out. I am so pleased with result - I even like my old floor tiles now. Thank you great job - it was nice that all the rubbish was taken away including the old cooker .”

“We had various experiences with other bespoke kitchen companies that seemed sufficient, and organised, but did not have the imagination or empathy that we found with Cherrywood. Cherrywood showed a clear understanding of what we were trying to achieve and added value throughout the entire process from design to implementation. Also, we felt in very safe hands with Luke as a trustworthy person who really cares about every detail. They were the stand out company for our bespoke kitchen. Their attention to detail and understanding of what we were trying to achieve with our kitchen really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble along the entire process. Cherrywood used their extensive know-how to get the most out of our room and made it a functional, enjoyable space, as well as creating a relaxing environment to entertain – Luke understands all of that and his knowledge and attention to detail is clear with the client's needs at the forefront of his every thought. Cherrywood were certainly a very professional and friendly team with the outcome for their clients being at the top of their priority list. Cherrywood takes pride in their kitchens and is shown in the quality of product and service you get. There was transparency along the entire process from design, making and fitting through to the client service. A v pleasant experience in what can often be a stressful time. “One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I have had not one but four kitchens made by Heaven & Stubbs over the years and each time Howard never ceases to astound me with his ideas, creativity and attention to detail. I have also recommended Heaven & Stubbs to at least a dozen people who have all report similar experiences and have been just as delighted at with the end product and finished result as I have been. The craftsmanship is second too none and I can not praise them enough. If you want a spectacular result without compromise, then there really isn't anyone else I know of that will come close to these guys. Dealing with them is an absolute pleasure and I can not wait to use them again.”

“Cotton Wood interiors built a beautiful cabinet spanning our large living room wall. I had done a lot of research trying to find the right people to do the job and they were the only ones who were not only well priced but also did the work swiftly and to the high standard we were after. I found them good to work with as well, they listened to what we were after but offered good advice to ensure we got what we wanted. We are going to be renovating a few rooms in our house soon and I know that I'll be contacting them for the projects I have in mind.”

“Simple Kitchens fitted my kitchen about 6 months ago & we have been delighted with it. From the outset Thomas listened to what I wanted & gave sound advice but never tried to 'oversell' to me & he really understood the look & feel of the kitchen I wanted. During the planning stage they sent visuals & quotes for us to get it exactly as we wanted and there was no problem in our delay due to building works! The fitting of the kitchen is exceptional, the time & detail that Thomas & his team put in was outstanding. Every detail was discussed & the finish is superb, we are delighted with a great looking kitchen that is also very practical & very easy to live & work in. Having used many contractors, fitters etc before I really recommend Thomas & Simple Kitchens for not only the the product they supply but excellent professionalism throughout.”
