Nora did a great job in designing and supplying my new kitchen. She was professional, knowledgeable and admirably patient with me as I digested all the detail. And we are very pleased with the end result.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied clients of CasaNora. We contacted Nora in early 2023 to redesign our kitchen. She was extremely professional in her assessment of our space including detailed measurements and photos and then designed a new kitchen that optimised the unusal space of our kitchen. She is a good listener, has good ideas, is quick to respond, and has very good taste. The project started in April and finished in July. The builders, electricians, and painters were all very professional and did high quality work. Nora sources from abroad so there were some delays in getting some of the units but she was very much on top of the suppliers and sent a few items back that were faulty. Her follow up post completion of the project was also very good as there were a number of installation issues that cropped up and she responded very quickly to resovle the situation. Finally, it was a real pleasure working with Nora. She is cheerful, responds quickly to all messages, is very quick to solve problems or come up with ideas and solutions and her team is easy to work with. We will be using her in the future to redo our bathrooms.

We loved working with Nora for the renovation of multiple rooms in our house, including a kitchen and bathroom. Nora has great attention to detail and we trusted her and her team fully. Nothing was too much of a problem. We would highly recommend working with Nora and her team.

The challenge I’ve set myself for this review is to keep it relatively brief as I could go on all day about how wonderful Nora is - if you can afford the investment to enhance your house I urge you to do it as you will reap the benefits every day when you delight in the transformation! As this was the second project with Nora we had no nerves about how it would go. And whereas the first one was “just” the kitchen, this time there was barely another room in the house that was left untouched (only our downstairs bathroom, a likely candidate for Project 3.) We also understood exactly what we would be getting as we knew by now that the computer visualisations would be exactly how it would be in real life and of course that the collaborative process would be a lot of fun and an iterative journey. It always felt as if Nora was inspiring us and helping us with ideas but never that she was trying to force her vision onto us. She listened to what was important to us and always found a way to meet our specifics (my vision of a little steam room built into the shower room and music coming through wifi speakers built into the lights became a reality). Now it feels as if every inch of the house has got a use. This was a massive project given that we were swapping a mid-floor bathroom and a top floor bedroom as well as a lot of other things. Communication was key during the 10 or so weeks of the build (during which we moved out) and Nora set up a WhatsApp group with updates at a cadence that worked for all of us, and plenty of photos to keep up to date with the transformation. Similarly, Nora always made the costings really clear and always gave us options to save money if we didn’t want to go top of the range on everything. In real life things don’t always go perfectly but it’s the way that both partners in this relationship deal with those moments that is important. The team, eager to be ready for our return, did a bit of a rush job on the wallpapering of one wall and once you lived with it you could see it wasn’t quite right. Nora was quick to rectify the situation with no quibbling. Any major project is going to have a list of snagging here and there and these were all dealt with efficiently once we’d lived with everything for a few weeks. Any interactions we had with the team (we were absent mostly) were always really positive, they were courteous and also considerate in terms of how they left everything tidy at the end of a working day. The end result was spectacular and I wake up every day thinking how lucky I am that I can live in a house like this. Don’t hesitate to work with Nora and make your dreams come true. :)

Nora was recommended to us by the builder whom we had engaged to do our renovation this year. We visited her showroom and she came to see us before the work started. We felt she really understood what we wanted to achieve in our home while introducing us to wider possibilities. Nora advised on the style of kitchen, worktops, paint colours, tiles and all fittings. She kept in close touch with ourselves as well as the kitchen fitters, our builder and his team to ensure everything ran smoothly, to plan and on time. She ordered all the appliances and tiles etc as well as all the kitchen fittings and worktops and everything was stored in her warehouse ready for delivery as required. She would always go the extra mile to ensure we would have beautiful as well as functional rooms and that the final finish was the very best it could be. She has a very fine eye for detail and design and we have been absolutely delighted with the final results. The Project: We wanted to open up the downstairs area at the back of the house to create a more open living area with a new kitchen, a utility room and a ground floor cloakroom with shower. Keeping within the footprint of the house was important to us. Nora advised on all aspects and worked closely with ourselves as well as with the builder to ensure measurements were accurate and that his team could deliver her recommendations.

Nora is a delightful lady, who took our wishes and preferences on board, and reflected them admirably in her design, always with great attention to detail, from the units to the equipment and lighting. She has a flair for decorating colours, and her advice greatly pleased us. We are delighted with the result and commend her highly.

Nora has been a complete star, she 100% is one of the best in her industry. Her ideas are brilliant,and her spacial awareness is amazing. She absolutely completely listens to what you want , and helps to make huge improvements to your requirements,while still being your vision. When instructing her to do the work , her highly professional team make the job as stress free as possible. We’ve had many projects on houses, this was the most enjoyable and satisfying one.

We approached Nora for a new kitchen ahead of even starting our building works - she was incredible. She helped create a perfect kitchen and the entire process was smooth and easy. She has fabulous taste, good ideas and when it came to it, the best installation team. The project grew to cover a laundry room and a media unit all of which are fantastic, I could not recommend anything higher.

Nora is amazing. She took our tiny cluttered space and made something sleek, modern, stylish and absolutely brimming with storage space. No one can quite believe the transformation! She is also an incredible project manager - everything happened bang on time and queries were followed up on immediately. Nora is simply the best. We recently returned home from living many years abroad and we asked Nora to visit us as we wanted to modernise our home that reflected our story. Nora straight away just got us and listened to everything we said. This was reflected in all her designs of the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and every room in the house. Every room told our story with a consistent theme. Nora completely changed the design of the kitchen which made the room so much bigger. Nora introduce colours and made one of our bathrooms moody and something we wouldn’t have even considered - which we love !! The 3-D visual designs together with the mood boards really brought the vision to life. The build phase was also flawless and the attention to detail out of this world. The build quality especially with Nora’s team was high quality from building made to measure wardrobes to 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. This was all done in 6 weeks and Nora just doesn’t say no to anything nor is any job impossible - she always finds a solution. Overall Nora is a rock star and would highly recommend her.

I visited Casa Nora with the intention of refitting a bathroom in my first owned flat. After meeting Nora and finding out what Casa Nora was able to do, I decided to let Nora and her team do a total refit of my 60's built flat. They replaced all the electrics, radiators, lighting and installed a new boiler. They refitted the kitchen and bathrooms. Installed new wardrobes, sanded the floorboards and decorated all rooms. Nora and I agreed a budget, which she clearly laid out costs. We received good advice from her and she kept us well informed on the progress of work. Nora managed the whole refit and her whole team of builders were first class. Casa Nora as a company are well experienced in flat refits. They were considerate to my neighbours in the block where I live. They communicated well with them and on days where there would be noise, they made sure neighbours were informed on upcoming disruptions. I would use Casa Nora again because I liked the way they worked, the layout of costing and how they managed the whole project

Nora's kitchen and design company sourced 3 german hacker kitchens for us for one of our projects. I really couldnt be happier with her service. attention to detail and outstanding. If only all our suppliers were like her.

I come to Casanora for help with the interior design and supply of all fixture and fittings for flooring/bathroom/kitchen/storage for a studio flat I was renovating in Putney. At the end of our initial briefing, I told Nora as a joke that I expect her to transform 33sqm to 50sqm. And my gosh that’s exactly what Nora delivered in terms of clever design and the right choice of interior materials and solutions!!! I live for 4 months now in my new place and still I am amazed how spacious it feels. It goes without saying that the quality of the materials and brands Nora uses are top quality and refuses to cut corners to her high standards. However this is not all, Nora was amazing to help , advice and give access to her network of professionals regarding all the issues that come out during the renovation (I used my own builders) whether this was dealing with the building control or structural issues and always there to calm down my worries and anxiety during the building process, she DINT had to do this! We just did a kitchen extension in SW London and bought our Dekton countertops from CasaNora. We are delighted with our choice -our kitchen looks stunning and we had great service from Nora and her team. The prospect of a complete redesign of our kitchen was something we had considered for quite a while, being exciting and daunting in equal measure. Right from the word go we were reassured by Nora’s collaborative and innovative approach which made the whole process actually fun and most importantly resulted in a transformed kitchen space which is at the heart of our home. Getting the computer visualisations is a must; when we saw those designs for the first time we were absolutely blown away - could that possibly be OUR kitchen? And the final outcome remained true to those initial designs - maybe even better when we could see our own things in their rightful places. Nora stood out from the crowd as she didn’t merely replace our existing kitchen with a shinier newer version, she came to our space and imagined how we used it, taking the time to understand how we live there so it was a truly customer-centric solution. Her team were courteous and professional and did a great job. Nora always listened to our thoughts as the build evolved and acted on our feedback which was much appreciated. We have other projects in the pipeline and look forward to collaborating with Nora again to continue the transformation of our home.

Nora did an amazing job with minimum stress to myself. The house looks incredible and I feel as if it’s a brand new house. Nora kept incredibly calm patient at all times whilst making sure everything was done to the highest specifications. Her builders were amazing snd the job was completed in the timescale advised which is unusual.

I can’t recommend CasaNora more highly. From beginning to end the service was superb. Nora listened to my needs and ideas and came up with my ideal kitchen design. She then project managed the implementation, working with a great team of experienced labourers who were hard working, courteous, and highly professional. We had a relatively small space in which to build a new kitchen and Nora did a great job meeting the spec and using the space creatively. Our project was a full refit of two bathrooms. We asked for more light, better use of space, and more storage and Nora came up with some great designs including a clever change of layout, better access to the outside windows and a significant increase in storage space in both bathrooms. The work was to a high standard and the builders were exceptionally tidy and considerate (we even received a comment to that effect from a neighbour). Some snags (including several attempts to find the best pump setup) were fixed afterwards with no hassle.

I would highly recommend Casa Nora as the complete interior design project. The service from start to finish was responsive , the choices available in all aspects from flooring to fittings to furniture was diverse ( although a definite preference to high class Italian design) and the builders/workers associated with Nora were top class, tidy , and punctual.

I hired casa nora to do the interior of my house and design a kitchen after having an extension done. The service was great. Nora went out of her way to help me choose unique furniture for my house.
