We have been delighted with the service at Charter Walk Kitchens. Ben and the team took the time to really listen to our needs and came up with a kitchen design that surpassed all our expectations. Clever ideas to maximise the space and really enhance the existing period features of our home. Our kitchen is a little quirky in that no wall is straight and it is an awkward shape and this didn't phase the installation team - we love our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charter Walk.

Very impressed with Ben, Caroline and the team of fitters (Paul and Alan). From the moment I walked into their Haslemere showroom we felt very comfortable. From the initial design work and handling of our slightly complex requirements they seemed far more accommodating than other showrooms who we were looking at....they looked at what we wanted rather than push something onto us. Despite the tricky and delayed build work we experienced, they were understanding of things going on outside of our control and had the kitchen delivered at the earliest possible opportunity. Any snags were dealt with by the fitters and we couldn’t be happier. All in all, pretty seamless from start to finish. Bravo guys and very deserving of 5 stars. Anthony Millerick, Fleet.

A fundamentally unacceptable business, and now its clearly posting its own five star reviews expounds this fact further! On the surface it looks premium, but our new kitchen has been plagued with significatly bodged installation and a flawed design. The 'owner' takes complete disregard and is to blame for this unaccepatble treatment I've witnessed. Stay well clear and look at other options such as Tom Howley as I wish I did!!! I wish to remain anonymous.
