We first hired Justin to redo our ground floor toilet/shower room a few years ago, and he did such a spectacular job of it we knew that there was nobody else we wanted to approach when we decided to renovate our upstairs ensuite and master bathroom this year. A word of warning: Justin is often booked up months in advance, but trust me, he is worth the wait, and the fact that he is so booked up tells you something about the quality of his work - if you want the best, sometimes you have to wait for it! Justin's slogan is "Concept to completion", and this really is how he works - he liaises very closely with you every step of the way, and is laser focused at all times on helping you turn your ideas (no matter how clear or vague your ideas might be) into spectacular reality. He listens carefully to your design brief, offers incredibly helpful advice without ever pushing any particular thing onto you, and always offers you a range of well chosen and tasteful alternative choices in terms of furniture, fixtures, fittings, colour schemes, and so on. As well as having an amazing design sense, Justin is a true master craftsman - from painting to tiling to grouting to carpentry to electrics to plumbing to bathroom/kitchen furniture installation work, Justin is ultra-meticulous in everything he does, and he works to the very highest and most exacting of standards - his attention to detail is nothing short of incredible. We've also found that his bathrooms continue to look beautiful even after years of regular family use - his work really is built to last. Finally, it is also worth noting that Justin is a wonderfully cheerful, friendly and courteous person to have around, and you can rest assured that he will be ultra respectful of your property while he works on your project. Bathroom and kitchen renovations inevitably create a bit of chaos and mess, but Justin makes a point of keeping such disruptions to the barest possible minimum, and always takes care to clean up both at the end of each day and again when his work is done. To sum up: if you have a bathroom or kitchen project in mind, forget the rest, and commission the best - Justin Wedgbury's the man!”

“I can’t thank Luke enough for his work managing a full top-to-bottom renovation. He took measurements and produced a 3D model that became the foundation for iterating the design; we quickly reached agreement and work began soon after. The work covered the kitchen/annexe, lounge (including a media wall replacing an old fireplace), downstairs cloakroom, main bathroom, two bedrooms, and converting a bedroom into a study. The house was stripped back to bare walls, floors and ceilings. Luke either designed the spaces or improved designs from other trades—often spotting issues and proposing practical alternatives. His kitchen/annexe design matched my brief closely and included smart suggestions I hadn’t considered; the result is exactly what I wanted, only better. He updated the study design quickly as my ideas evolved (including cabinets and a bespoke oak desk), and the bedroom designs followed just as smoothly. The 3D visuals were invaluable, particularly as I lived far away and could only visit occasionally. Despite the distance, it felt like a genuine collaboration: Luke kept me updated, shared progress, and checked in for decisions at the right times. Luke coordinated the trades and oversaw critical stages of the work. His communication and attention to detail were excellent: I received clear updates and photos, and was consulted on all decisions with balanced advice on options. When a couple of issues arose (not of his making), he stepped in to help resolve them and made sure fixes were properly completed. It’s also worth stressing that when you hire Luke, you get Luke—not a rotating team. He was consistently contactable, happy to visit the property when needed, and professional throughout. He’s knowledgeable, hands-on, and took time to walk me through key choices, including visiting the local supplier showroom/factory. Even at the end of the project, Luke continued to check that final details were completed and everything was working as it should. Quite simply, I wouldn’t have taken on this renovation without him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke and LUXE Kitchens—whether you’re renovating one room or an entire house.”
