Crosby Kitchens

Hi, I have recently fitted my new kitchen supplied by Crosby Kitchens and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the quality and the delivery time was excellent. The gloss finish was superb and the thickness of the doors were better than any I had seen.I had been shopping around various suppliers and could not find any of better quality or keener prices. I have recommended Crosby Kitchens to quite a few friends and will continue to do so.Many thanks, Regards Ewan.

My advice for anyone seeking to use this Company for a fitted kitchen would be to exercise extreme caution. I purchased a design and fit kitchen for a property we had just purchased. The kitchen was ordered before we had even exchanged contracts to give the Contractor enough time to ensure it could be fitted as we had several builders in the property and timescales where tight. On the first day of fitting there was an issue with cupboards fitting. Once the kitchen started to go in it was a right mess and it was clear that the cupboards had been made too big for the doors. Andy came out and said he would trim the doors to hide the wood that could be clearly seen through the 2mm guide would be disguised. Andy then failed to arrive on the Friday as promised. He cane out on the Sunday and started to trim the doors. There where cupboard doors missing and the handles hadn’t been ordered. Andy sent an office worker to B&Q who brought several types of handles to be fitted which we refused. At each time there was a delivery there where issues so it was clear there was no quality control. I had to have the fitter take fillers down and refit they. The last tine Andy promised to attend to finish the trim he didn’t show but sent the person who worked in his office and who had never fitted trim before. Hence the trim is now coming off. I told Andy that I wanted him to ring me at. 5pm to see if I was happy and that I wanted the missing cupboard door fitting. I have not heard from him and have been left with an I’ll fitting kitchen, a cupboard with no door, the majority of cupboards have no shelves a cooker that is not straight and bridging units without brackets so you have to hold the door with one hand over your head to use. The customer service is atrocious and the kitchen is not with the money and does not look like it will last any fine. There are brackets.misding from drawers which stabilise them. My opinion is this is a cowboy outfit that I would recommend people avoid at all cost.
