AWFUL SERVICE Absolutely awful service from Custom Kitchens, I recommend that any potential customers look elsewhere for quotes. We are a small Charity looking to gain a grant, and very politely requested that Geoff ( Custom Kitchens) give us a quote to assist us. While we were there Geoff constantly stated 'how much work we do' for charities!! Since then he has refused to give us a quote, and was insulting our charity Chairman 'off record' saying that it was all about 'self gratification' for himself and not about our Charity. All we required was a quote to submit to the organisation offering the grant, and after all ' Custom Kitchens do so much for Charities' ????? When Charity Chairman telephoned Geoff to ask exactly what he had said, he wasn't prepared to be man enough to explain his comments. Total disgraceful service from a so called Professional businessman.
