Earle & Ginger Kitchens

STAY CLEAR. Due today to put in our kitchen. Had to go to premises in Didsbury to confirm our worse fears. They had gone into administration and we have lost all our money. Check out their history in Companies House - wish we had. Not the first time they pulled this stunt. They will of course reply saying that they have no record of us as a customer (check out other reviews). Facebook me and I’ll be happy to provide proof. For independent proof contact their administrators Leonard CURTIS (Bury) and they will confirm that they are dealing with their current scam and dealt with their last. The telling thing is that there were no assets left to dispose of among their creditors - a planned exit.

We are very happy with our kitchen. It looks well customised and need fitting of appliances. Well designed by Jane, the senior designer at Didsbury branch of Earle & Ginger, sensitive to our specific requirements. Carefully fitted by Lee Rough and well managed by Joel and his team. Extremely happy with our new beautiful kitchen. We've finished decorating and the floors are now done. All of our friends are extremely jealous of our new kitchen. We've recommended Earle & Ginger as we've never had a full kitchen installation before and we're impressed from start to finish. Thank you again for all your hard work!!

What a fantastic job you've all done, we had shopped around looking for a lovely kitchen design, we went to Wren, No1 Kitchens and Earle & Ginger. We just need a few ideas to see what could replace our outdated kitchen. Don't get me wrong, Wren and No1 Kitchens had some great ideas for our kitchen but we felt like Earle & Ginger came out on top with their design (My partner agreed too) Obviously, after the design, we had high hopes for the installation and after a few hiccups, Earle & Ginger kept us in the loop and ensured that all problems were ironed out swiftly. Very happy, great job and we hope you liked the card that we sent you!! P.S Shoutouts to Jane and Vincent for ensuring that our kitchen was top notch.

We're so proud of our kitchen now, thanks to Earle & Ginger! When we have guests in our house, i'll always make sure they see our new and stunning kitchen. Earle & Ginger have been very transparent with their process and have let me know of any setbacks during the installation. We've been to other kitchen companies for a quote but we felt like Earle & Ginger treated us as well respected customers and ensured we were 100% happy with the kitchen design. Thank you again for doing a brilliant job all around!

From the moment I walked into their shop in Stockton Heath and spoke to Paula their designer i knew we had made the right choice. I will not deny that there were a few hiccups but the fitters were brilliant and really helped solve any problems we encountered. Our friends now say that they have kitchen envy and every time I walk into my kitchen it makes me smile, it is so beautiful. A space where all the family come together and enjoy with friends.

I just done a 90 square meter extension project. It takes me 6 months and new kitchen is part of it. Long story short: 1. Full payment required before installation.(For me, never again. There are plenty other traders are happy to have the payment after everything finished.) 2. Installation date booked in early Jan 2018 and they came. They finish installation in May 2018. 3. They keep sending wrong parts. And try to treat me like a fool. They do me a sitting bench at 76cm in height. That's the standard height for a table. They will just leave it if I don't mention. 4. I called them at least 50 times and plenty messages during the 5 months time, they just never phone me once to keep me updated. 5. When I asking why it takes so long to finish, I was told because of I'm the one not lucky. Once they pick up the phone, they only say " I will try my best, but nothing I can do" 6. There were also few appointments made for fitter to come. And just no one coming without any notice. 7. I was given the fitter mobile number as they can't find him. They ask me to arrange appointment with the fitter myself. And said to me "It's not our fault". It's a joke. 8. They cutting timbers inside my house without any cover. To be honest, the job they done won't satisfy anyone. 9. They damaged my water pipe out side my house. It cost me £100 to do it again. I was told they will pay, then just disappeared. 10. I found other traders to finish the last bit of the installation as I really can't wait any more. When I call the branch to have some compensation, I was told they are different companies, the branch can do nothing. Another joke, I paid all money to you. I deal with so many traders for the project. Earle & Ginger is the worst. I never seen any business doing like this. It cost me thousands pound to settle my family because of their fault to hold everything back. To be honest, I just want to let it go. It's not something I want think anymore. Today, 4 months later, I deceived to write down this review. For people looking for a new kitchens.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Earle & Ginger kitchen. Becky did an amazing job with the design and the fitters, Paul, John and Craig were superb, along with Vincent and Neil behind the scenes. The finish is excellent and it looks exactly like the plans. Nothing has been too much trouble and if we've had any teething problems, the team have been really responsive and have resolved things as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone for an excellent, high quality service.

Very professional service from design to fitting, and follow up support has been excellent. We are very pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend Earle and Ginger.

Earle & Ginger designed a traditional shaker in-frame kitchen and utility room for me. I loved the deign & I think the photos attached speak for themselves. I've since had them back to design & instal fitted wardrobes in all my bedrooms. There were a few minor snags in the kitchen but a fitter was sent straight back to rectify. Very pleased with the end result :)
