Brilliant! Matt at Hallmark Kitchens has been amazing throughout our entire kitchen transformation. From planning the design, making decisions on the best and most cost effective solutions through to supplying, fitting and after-care. My Husband is a real stickler for detail and Matt has been beyond patient, dropping things over and responding quickly and professionally at all times. A* service and products. Thanks, Matt!

Our experience with Hallmark was excellent. The products themselves are of high quality with their soft close hinges & we really love the pull-out carousels. We chose Hallmark after looking at what was on offer at the usual chains because there was more choice of colour & design. James the designer and Luke the builder were always friendly and helpful, and between them offer a great service. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

If you don't want outstanding service, cost effective pricing, and a stunning kitchen, then you should give Hallmark a wide berth. Perhaps try the 'big boys' instead. However, if a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude is what you are looking for, these are the guys to spend your money with. Some might describe us as fussy or picky, possibly worse, but even with those dubious credentials, we couldn't fault Hallmark at all. From the first socially distanced visit to their showroom, to the final check of the fully installed kitchen, Ian Rayney (Designer/Director) was a pleasure to work with. He took our original thoughts (mostly vague notions) and provided numerous detailed 3D computer generated illustrations until we were happy with the projected end result. Appliances have been in short supply during the pandemic and waiting lists can be lengthy, yet Ian had had the foresight to order in a stock of popular items, which meant we didn't suffer any supply chain delays in the project. The kitchen was delivered at exactly the right time (ie the builders had completed their first fix stage) and because it had been properly checked, we weren't hindered by missing parts. The fitting team (Elgarwood Construction Ltd) work regularly with Hallmark and extend their philosophy of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This lead to a very smooth ride from our point of view, which was a pleasant surprise, given that we had been warned to expect regular issues and massive frustration if employing kitchen designers who ply their trade on the high street. Ultimately we have ended up with the proverbial 'kitchen of our dreams', but only thanks to the brilliant work from our newfound friends at Hallmark Kitchens and Elgarwood Construction, to whom we we will be grateful for many years to come!

Hallmark came recommended from a friend who had their service. I can't praise this company enough. We shopped around for quotes and Hallmark were, by far, the most competitive compared to the high street chains. From the start, we were looked after by Matt, who has done a superb job for us. We designed the new kitchen and dining space with him, selected all the appliances and were kept informed throughout. The project was delayed inevitably by the Covid pandemic, but we were kept fully informed. When issues, such as changing the worktop for granite occurred, Matt was straight on it and we found better alternatives for the same price. We had significant building work planned prior to the kitchen fit and when my builder dropped out due to Covid, Matt recommended Peter, the builder they use regularly. He was superb throughout both the building work and kitchen fit. I am so delighted with the finished job - its everything we had hoped for and at the right price. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent .We are delighted with our new kitchen and dining room. The consultation process with Hallmark was a very positive experience. Ian understood our needs and paid careful attention to every detail. We felt confident in Hallmark's ability to deliver a quality kitchen at a realistic price and really enjoyed the planning process. Ian worked tirelessly behind the scenes during the 'lockdown' period when our building work came to a halt. He kept us reassured and free form worries. In a complex project there will always be snags to be sorted and the follow through has been exemplary. Hallmark is highly recommended; provides exceptional customer care, quality product, quality design all at realistic prices.

This is the second time we have used Ian and the team at Hallmark Kitchen Designs, and once again they have done a fantastic job. From the very beginning Ian managed to capture our ideas and our likes and dislikes and presented us with a fantastic design, which now complete, looks even better than the drawings. Exceptionally professional throughout the whole process and they also give you the confidence in their product, but also in the after service should you ever need them. A brilliant local company, run by truly caring professionals that I would 100% recommend and 100% use again. Thank you for a great kitchen and a great service.

After finding other kitchen companies very uninspirational, Ian @ Hallmark was a breath of fresh air with his design ideas. After listening to our list of 'wants', he produced a first draft which we barely deviated from, and included items such as a mirrored breakfast bar pedestal, super slim concrete effect work surface with oversized upstands in a layout with breaks between units rather than the usual straight run which really worked for us. His attention to detail and desire to achieve the perfect kitchen for us, along with the quality products and fitters used, has resulted in an amazing kitchen that we love and will do for years to come. Really super personable service, I can't recommend Ian highly enough, thank you so much!

We are delighted with the kitchen that has been installed. From the outset, Ian listened to what we wanted and used his design flair to create a truly stunning kitchen. The fitters were professional and nothing has been too much trouble - cannot recommend highly enough.

We looked around the usual multinationals and got Ian from Hallmark to come and quote as a comparison. Pleasantly surprised by his genuine, un-salesman like approach and very pleased with the design and price we forgot the big boys and went with Hallmark. From start to finish Ian and Matt listened to our wish list, never pushing us. Occasionally a little nudge was needed when we suggested something that was not practical or possible but they were always right! A true personal service, it was lovely to be able to speak to them either by email or phone if we had a question and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant and I smile every time I walk in there. It feels solid and long lasting and every one who visits is impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Matt and a special mention to Grant and Dan for fitting it. Many thanks.

We are extremely happy with our lovely kitchen from Hallmark. Ian was thoroughly professional from start to finish. He took time to understand our needs and likes, and was very tolerant of our indecision. Ian came up with some lovely design features that we had not seen elsewhere and now couldn’t imagine our kitchen without. He also made lots of very practical suggestions to make our kitchen work for us. He never once gave us the hard sell, instead he always made a point of showing us the cheaper options as well the more pricey. The kitchen fitter Peter, and his team, worked extremely hard, even squeezing in additional work within the original planned time frame, and all to a very high standard. Visitors have all commented on how great it looks. We are very happy to recommend this company.
