We would thoroughly recommend Hampdens on all aspects of the work they did for us, but especially for great customer service. Chris’s kitchen design for our extension took in to account all our needs in terms of quality, price, timescale and functionality, and he contributed fantastic ideas that make the kitchen a pleasure to use. When blips with the building work necessitated changes, Chris worked tirelessly tweaking the design and liaising with the builders to ensure that everything worked out. The installer clearly took great pride in his work. Overall, our experience with Hampdens was excellent.

I purchased my German Kitchen through Hampdens kitchens & Bedrooms and was very happy with the Complete service I received from this company, Outstanding service and Polite and Patient right through from the Design of My kitchen to the actual installation and completion, the installation team was impeccable and even to the end their installer was not leaving my kitchen without thoroughly checking everything was working and all adjustments to doors and Drawers were all perfectly lined up. I will be returning to Hampdens kitchens & Bedrooms Ltd in the summer to have my Loft Fitted wardrobes installed I would highly recommend this company for professionalism and very competitive on their prices Thank you to all the team at Hampdens

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Hampdens Kitchens when I had a new kitchen fitted. I found them to be extremely professional, courteous and excellent to deal with - from the design stage all the way through to installation. They were very receptive to any design tweaks or customisation that I wanted to make to the standard build and did their best to incorporate these whenever possible. Chris' patience and understanding in this regard made me feel that I was a valued customer and that he had my best interests at heart. He was happy for me to visit his showroom on numerous occasions so that we could fine-tune the final design. The technology that they used in the showroom enabled me to easily visualise how the final design would be. Once I had agreed on the design, the lead time was very reasonable, as was the price. The installers were also very professional and customer-focused. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the final finish and fitments. The quality of the materials used was very high and has been maintained during the lifespan of the kitchen to date. Prior to choosing Hampdens Kitchens I did a lot of research and visited many other kitchen showrooms. I am really pleased that in the end I chose them as I don't think I could have found anyone better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hampdens Kitchens to others.

Fantastic service from Chris! Buying a new kitchen is not always an easy decision, but Chris went that extra mile helping us to get our design absolutely spot on. His knowledge of the product he sells is second to none.

Design and delivery of kitchen in shaker style, including appliances. Help and assistance willingly given to replace faulty appliances and correct installation errors made by installer (not Hampdens installer). Always polite, professional and helpful. Should have used Hampdens fitter to install.

HK&B supplied and fitted our new kitchen, not only is the product range extensive but it is of extremely good quality. Chris (owner) was first class from the first meeting where compared to other kitchen companies spent time with us to understand our requirements rather than try and work out if we were time wasters to the last where he made sure we were happy with the fitting and service.
