Our project was the supply and build of bespoke furniture for a large study, including a large curved desk. We found the whole team at Heaven & Stubbs to be very professional from the design phase at the outset right through to the final installation. We are delighted with the finished product. The quality of materials and the construction/installation was exceptional, fitted by a master craftsman who took a great deal of pride in his work. We would not hesitate in instructing them in the future nor in recommending them to family and friends.

Howard and the team at Heaven & Stubbs designed, hand crafted and project managed our new kitchen and boot room in 2022. We had our existing 10 year old Heaven & Stubbs kitchen renovated by having the cabinets repainted, the cornice and plinth renewed and a new island and cabinet installed. The company were very helpful and professional from the design stage through to completion. The level of workmanship was very high and the attention to detail excellent. They completed work on time and gave some excellent advice. I would highly recommend them.

Heaven & Stubbs really is heaven sent!! They turned what was a really tatty, falling-apart kitchen into an ultra chic, spacious room complete with island which I'd been hankering after for a while. Howard sat with us and helped us design our kitchen, really listened to what we envisaged, made really helpful recommendations and then came up with some drawings (in 3D as I'm useless at visualising from 2D) which were fantastic. Everything was so well thought-through and the end result is magnificent! So much storage in the deep drawers and tall cupboards, hob and oven in the perfect place, wonderful quality and from literally having pots & pans and kitchen stuff overflowing our existing cupboards, we now have a place for everything and everything in its place! The extremely smart hinged doors to hide the dresser contents behind, and dishwasher/bins behind mean that everything always looks tidy. The fitter he sent worked really hard, was incredibly polite and efficient and the fact someone from the team came over with a spray-painted piece of wood to set against the colour of the walls to check we were happy with that colour around the island really impressed us (and lucky they did as we changed our mind subsequently!) Our kitchen is now so bright, light and spacious and tidy, it really is a joy to entertain in and cook in and it makes me happy every single day I cannot recommend Heaven & Stubbs highly enough

I wanted to fit a new study and I looked at the usual companies that make studies. Their offerings seemed to lack imagination and were very expensive, considering there was hardly any real wood in sight. So with trepidation I looked for bespoke companies that would give me originality, quality and everything in actual wood. To my surprise Heaven and Stubbs were not so very far distant from the quote of the most expensive non wood, non bespoke company. From the start I experienced excellent service. The designer, Liz, was very patient and helpful as I oscillated in my thinking. With her help we eventually settled on the best design I could have imagined. The fitting took four and a half days and was done to the highest of standards by a cheerful craftsman, Chris. I have nothing but thanks to all the team whom I had contact with; Howard, Liz, Lynn,Chris, as well as one very important person I never met, Tibor, who had made all the furniture for fitting. The quality really does have to be seen to appreciate it. I whole-heartedly recommend Heaven and Stubbs to anyone looking for quality and bespoke design. They are absolute winners!

Our kitchen has been fitted for 10 years now and still going strong. Drawers all work like new and paint has withstood some serious family wear and tear. Very happy customers!

My husband and I wanted a high end bespoke fitted study in our new build home that would be stylish and practical- yet still feel like a home office. Howard and his team made our vision a reality and nothing was too much. The craftsmanship was outstanding and we are delighted with the end result. Chris, the fitter was amazing! We were given advice regarding the planning/ layout and little touches to add that special “something” and set the design apart from others. The end result is fabulous. Just what we were hoping for. Howard also designed a fitted wardrobe for our youngest son’s bedroom and we couldn’t quite believe how beautiful an object a white wardrobe can be! It’s certainly the best in the house and we only wish we had the budget to have more work done now. I would highly recommend Heaven and Stubbs - the result was worth every penny. We would absolutely use them again for any future project. Although it was tempting to keep the knowledge of them to myself.....just in case they become too booked up for any future plans we have ...I felt a review was so deserved that I had to write one. Fully bespoke, rather than fixed cabinet size. Exterior hinges, rather than the adjustable, interior ones (those that then fall off). Decent carpentry and a friendly team to work with. Appreciated, Howard and Liz. You chaps just do what you say you do.

In 2020 I commissioned heaven and stubbs to build me a very large bespoke kitchen that was effectively our dream kitchen. The team at Heaven & Stubbs delivered outstanding service and customer interaction at every stage of the process, from design right through to installation. I was particularly impressed that the owner Howard Stubbs was personally involved at every stage and is totally hands on with the customer, One key area of concern for me especially and I think for most people involved in any large home renovation or improvement project is the after sales service that you hope after the final bill is paid will be forthcoming, once again heaven and stubbs did not disappoint, excellent after sales service and a genuine desire to make sure their customer is completely satisfied. We can not rate Heaven & Stubbs highly enough. We had our new kitchen fitted over 10 years ago with them, and there have been a couple of times which we needed an alteration or adjustment. Not only were they prompt but the relationship they have built with their customers (ie us ), are second to none ! Nothing is too much trouble, even when we had a mouse chew through a hose, Howard came out and personally attended and re-fitted a new hose which was located behind plinths (the dishwasher was built in). Although It was not their fault, never the less Howard displayed the highest customer service that you could imagine! The workmanship and Customer After sales care is amazing, we really could not hope for a better kitchen and service. 10 out of 10 !!

After meeting several other bespoke Kitchen Companies we were told by a friend about Heaven & Stubbs. We met Howard and didnt look back he knew what we wanted and also knew somethings we would want that we didnt even think about we also decided to have new utility room and Cloakroom at the same time. After a few weeks of emails as i am not the easiest to deal with in terms of making my mind up for the design process we paid a deposit and were given an istallation date of the 17th June. On the 17th June Chris the fitter arrived with the delivery van, The van left and Chris stayed on his own 3 weeks later and alot of hard graft my lovely new kitchen was complete and what can i say we absoultely love it. The quality is really great. Nothing was too much trouble for Howard or Chris and i will be using them again in the near future for a new Bathroom.

Heaven and Stubbs have fitted 3 amazing kitchens in 3 different properties over the last 6 years, a bespoke office and fantastic large hallway cloak cupboard with great storage space. They were recommended to us and I would recommend to anybody also, so easy and professional from start to finish!

We were totally new to any home renovations and Howard and his team helped us every step of the way. We met three kitchen companies prior to choosing and Howard and stubbs were a step above the rest and also well priced in comparison. We absolutely adore our new kitchen and the service and support reflected what we first experienced in their showroom. I liked that we were introduced to any work men before they started work in our home too. Each person we encountered was friendly and thoughtful and respectful to our home and family. It took three weeks to build our perfect kitchen and the process was clean and tidy as we lived in with two hound children! I have only Great things to say about this company, My wife and I engaged them in April this year to design, build and fit our dream kitchen, Throughout the entire process they have been outstanding, their customer service, their attention to detail, their customer focused attitude, their willingness to help and propose ideas and solutions was exemplary. From their design manager Oana, through to the owner Howard, nothing was too much trouble, They guided us throughout the entire process and the finished product is quite simply beautiful in design and functionality, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Once again we chose Heaven and Stubbs to produce a high quality kitchen island for us in beautiful Elm . They produced a stunning and practical piece of furniture within an efficient timescale. We experienced a little bit of shrinkage in the wood and without hesitation Heaven and Stubbs collected the affected doors and rectified the problem quickly. This is a true sign of a company that is on top of their game.

Heaven & Stubbs had been recommended by a friend of ours on Oxfordshire, We needed bedroom furniture (Wardrobes) in our holiday home and the results are fabulous, the whole process was stress free as you could tell from day one that this company had a huge amount of experience in furniture making, we are so pleased with everything down to the outstanding quality and finish that we are commissioning them for a project in our main home. We couldn't recommend then highly enough.

In April 2017 Heaven & Stubbs installed bespoke bedroom furniture in our home. Shortly after, the cabinets had to be removed when BRE air quality tests indicated they were emitting dangerous fumes. It took legal action over the course of 18 months for us to receive a full refund.

We spoke to several potential suppliers to design and supply bespoke fitted office furniture to create a home study. Howard's design ethos and ideas were far superior to the other parties - he had a true understanding of how to create a quality and comfortable space. The eventual quality of the furniture and finish of the office space is superb. We would recommend him to anyone.

Heaven & Stubbs provided a corner unit for our sitting room following on from the new kitchen and utility they provided in our renovated home in 2016. The unit designed is perfect for the room and looks fantastic. Howard and the team are incredibly professional and we’re attentive to all of our needs. We had our old kitchen gutted and the space redesigned by Heaven & Stubbs. They really listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect design for us, totally transforming the way we use our kitchen. The bespoke cabinets, drawers and cupboards are of the highest quality and we love the thoughtful finishing touches - especially the oil and spice drawers either side of the range cooker.

We moved back to the UK in 2008 and bought a house which, and this was one reason we bought the house, included a nice sized room that I could refurbish and use as my study. All I needed now was to figure who could fit the study out - I had always wanted oak shelving and cabinets for both books, storage and to display items of personal value, An internet search brought up Heaven & Stubbs who turned my wish-list into reality. Personal service came from Howard Stubbs, the planning phase was interactive and flexible (it had to be, I was finalizing an assignment in China at the time!) and the craftsmanship and installation impeccable (all the way down to the matching radiator cover). I can really find no fault with the process or the product. The reason I write this review after 9+ years is that I had a small problem with a decorative trim last week and sent Howard an email - he responded immediately and was here early this week and problem solved. Now, along with a seriously high quality product that is customer service indeed!

After MUCH research and over 4 visits from other potential suppliers, we finally found the people who we knew could provide our bespoke oak study desk for our Rectory Cotswold stone country cottage. We wanted something of beauty yet functional to todays IT requirements. Howard Stubbs and his team were brilliant. They completely understood our decorative and functionality needs and delivered on time and surpassed expectations! We now have a one piece solid oak desk (no joins) fitting the along the whole of the long side of the room. We have secret drawers, an incased cupboard for the printer to roll out for use. ALL CABLES are discretely bundled away out of view behind an oak modesty panel. Lovely gliding cupboards and upright drawers, plenty of storage and beautiful touches such has arched trim to reflect our rectory connection. We will be back Howard it was a complete pleasure. How glad we are we found you!

Heaven & Stubbs and in particular Howard have helped us to create the perfect hub for our family of 5. Over the past 6 years Howard has designed our initial kitchen, subsequent extensions to our kitchen and also other complimentary pieces of furniture as and when we have made changes to the room layout itself, nothing has ever been too much trouble and Howard has always been excellent at producing a beautiful design that fits both our necessary brief and our personal style. Howard is also useful in pointing out the pitfalls and thing we may wish to consider along the way - his experience has been invaluable. Howard also has an excellent team around him, Chris, who fitted all parts of our kitchen is fantastic, I am yet to come across something he cannot do to make everything fit so beautifully together. Wow. This company deserve a knighthood (not sure if companies can have them though). We have used Heaven & Stubbs to do remodelling in our kitchen, to design and build a wonderful office/library, to build a walk in wardrobe and to build wardrobes for three of our children bedrooms. Why made their task really difficult, is we wanted it all in keeping with our house which is over 900 years old! The kitchen in particular was a tricky task, As we wanted to fin a way to put an extractor in the middle of the room, whilst not effecting any of the wooden beams. H&S were brilliant. In fact from their first site visit, to the craftsmen that attended our home, they were professional, polite and always aware that we we were living in the house while they were working. I couldn't believe it at night when i came home from work, the place was spotless. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who wants a really professional job and a quality look to their home.

Heaven & Stubbs designed and installed a kitchen for us 7 years ago. Dealing with Howard was very easy and he was great at listening to what we wanted to achieve. Installation was done with great professionalism and the team were great to have around. Follow up tweaks were dealt with quickly. The kitchen still looks great 7 years later and we are thrilled with it.

I really felt that my wishes and my input on how I would use the kitchen were valued and respected by Howard and the team. Practical designs and good advice with installation by workmen whom it was a pleasure to have in the house. They recently returned to fit a replacement water filter and replace a faulty tap. They really let us take are time and we didn't feel at tall rushed. Heaven & Stubbs made our bespoke kitchen and utility room. We gained our dream kitchen within budget. I had strong ideas on design, and Howard, the owner, was considerate of my needs, yet creative with his designs, giving us ideas we hadn't thought of. The craftsmanship is outstanding and after nearly eight years, our kitchen looks as good today, as when it was installed. I truly love our kitchen, With beautiful oak woodwork around the Aga and on the large central island. Painted units with elegant double marble work tops. I have recommended H&S to all my friends who fell in love with my kitchen. of which 4 have also had kitchens created by them. There is no sales pitch, as Howard the owner is a cabinet maker by trade and the detail shows! just a really personal service with great attention to design and finish. Having had 6 other companies over to design and quote, without a doubt we chose the best company for all the reasons mentioned above. I wouldn't now use anyone else. H&Stubbs were 1 of 8 companies that quoted for our kitchen. We had quite a bit of time to research the market, while we saved to pay for the renovations. To say we were nervous spending such a large sum of money is an understatement! I am happy to refer H&Stubbs because the outcome was breathtaking - they were the only kitchen company out of the 8 who broke away from the 'safe' designs that were offered and we now have a kitchen to die for! The design they came up with uses the small and awkward space we had very intelligently. Everyone who comes over, goes away a little bit jealous!

Very happy with the quality of the workmanship and finished product. Our designs were not standard and yet the pieces of furniture looked in keeping with the house.

The design and build of a "media centre" incorporating a TV lift and hidden speakers, storage space. All to be within an existing room with "traditional" furniture - hence the need for a sympathetic treatment. Howard Stubbs succeeded in every respect. We have had our Heaven and Stubbs kitchen for over a year now. It needed to 'fit in to' our Cotswold stone new home that we had designed and built. It is a building that was built alongside our original converted stone barn. Slightly contemporary with traditional materials. The kitchen fits in it's surrounds exactly how we wanted. EVERY member of the H&S team were very professional , friendly and went out of their way to make sure it was what we required. The finish and quality are a very high standard which is what we wanted to complete our home.

Howard and his team came up with an excellent design, that was not only practical and utilised the space effectively but it was also aesthetically beautiful. Chris, the installer was highly professional, nothing was too much trouble and he fitted the kitchen with skill and precision. He was efficient and made minimal mess, which was a joy. The whole process was stress free and easy. Friends have greatly admired the workmanship and design of the kitchen and were amazed at the price we paid, they thought it would have been vastly more.

My wife and I hired Heaven and Stubbs to design and install built in Bedroom furniture. Howard came and listened to what we though we wanted and why we wanted it, he made some excellent suggestions about how to achieve what we wanted, he also made a couple of suggestions we would never have considered, but on reflection are 'pure brilliance' a mark of Howards experience and understanding of our needs. He priced up the job quickly and discussed the quote and then his team built the furniture and his fitting team installed it on the day we agreed with minimum fuss, mess and maximum efficiency. I would highly recommend Heaven and Stubbs to anyone! Efficient, effective and a joy to work with.

We first met Howard in 2009 while we were building our house from scratch. Howard designed a kitchen which made such great use of space and gave us the wow factor. The kitchen is now 6 years old and it is still admired by anyone coming into the house. Delighted with the kitchen we then asked Howard to design the utility room and a bespoke study. The study is fabulous and envied by many. The experience exceeded our expectations, nothing was too much trouble, the price was the price, and it was finished on time. I hope to build another house one day, I will design the house around the kitchen next time around!

The team were responsive, listened to the brief , were constructive in their comments and recommendations and executed very professionally on time and on budget.

I used Heaven and Stubbs to plan, design and create all the built in furniture in my newly renovated house in Wimbledon. From giant hallway cupboards to store all the kids' and visitors' stuff in, to low units with a hidden 46" TV that surreptitiously popped out on a remote, to the built in wardrobes in every bedroom to the full hidden 8ft cinema screen that dropped down from a unit in the family room with built in hidden surround sound complete with matching bespoke projector box that Howard added on later with no fuss. I cannot recommend Howard and the team at Heaven and Stubbs highly enough. Superb furniture, wonderful, diligent, friendly installers and nothing was too much bother for them. A truly personal bespoke service.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I have had not one but four kitchens made by Heaven & Stubbs over the years and each time Howard never ceases to astound me with his ideas, creativity and attention to detail. I have also recommended Heaven & Stubbs to at least a dozen people who have all report similar experiences and have been just as delighted at with the end product and finished result as I have been. The craftsmanship is second too none and I can not praise them enough. If you want a spectacular result without compromise, then there really isn't anyone else I know of that will come close to these guys.
