What a fantastic company. From first visit to showroom to completed new kitchen all work carried out was of high quality and professionalism. Builders of the kitchen carried out great work - always clean,tidy and very helpful. Outsourced flooring company,plasterers and electrician were all excellent. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Special mention to Steve in the showroom showing great patience with all my changes of mind and Ian the builder for his great work ethic.

So proffessional and nothing was too much trouble.gave me great ideas and told me what would and would not work ,they have a vast amount of knoledge and took a lot of trouble to make sure it was what i wanted.we were pleasantly surprised at the very fair price.they were so clean and tidy and at the end of the job we were sad ro see them go.They did my kitchen last year .i cannot reccomend them highly enough.

The service we received from Hitchings and Thomas has been excellent from the planning to delivery. Throughout the project, we changed our minds on a few things which included blocking up walls, changing doors etc, which the company done without fuss and even give a few ideas to make things even better. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and plan to use them again in the future for my bathroom. The quality of the cupboards are surperb. The fitters Dean and Gareth do an excellent job, they are a credit to this company. They done everything from knocking downs walls, blocking up walls, ceilings. On a friend’s recommendation we visited the showroom of Hitchings & Thomas. From the outset we were impressed with the professional and friendly manner of all the staff. Sue arranged for an initial site meeting where Steve dealt efficiently with all our queries and requirements. We were speedily provided with a detailed plan and itemised estimate. When the building work commenced we were impressed by the professionalism and expertise of all, Dean, Gareth, Jason and John. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always willing to listen and advise with the result that we have a superb new kitchen finished to an extremely high standard. The quality of units and appliances is excellent. This firm has our highest recommendation. We will be using them again.

fantastic service from the minute I walked into their show room. Both Steve and Sue we're very helpful and patient in my decision making. I instantly felt as ease with them. I changed my mind quite a few times before ordering and they gave me the best advice on each product. The fitters we're fantastic, always let me know when they would be there, they we're very trust worthy. Hitchins and Thomas recently provided us with a complete bathroom refit and we're really pleased! They came out promptly to assess the work and turned their quote around in good time. The quote included a full assessment of what was in and out of scope and a drawing to show the layout of the bathroom to be. They arrived to work on time on the day to start the project and the quality of the work is excellent. We're pleased with the recommendations made and with the finish.
