Excellent. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Alex and his team throughout the whole process in June 2016. At first, we were struggling to make our layout work in the space we had. During our initial consultation, Alex suggested a completely different design layout which we totally love to this day. Alex had great insight as to both the merits and potential drawbacks of the appliances and facilities we were considering eg, encouraging us to go for a larger sink, with sensible tap placement and a great value fridge solution. His recommendations on units and worktops were perfect for us. We were happy with the fitting and the end product. The short snag list was dealt with efficiently. We had a crack in our worktop after fitting but this was effectively dealt with and replaced. We can highly recommend this company for its personal service, and high quality execution.View less

i-Home worked hard to help me create my multi-textural kitchen. The units they supplied come in avast array of finishes and they were very happy to mix and match textures and finishes to create my ideal kitchen - which also included different heights of worktop.

iHome Interiors supplied and installed my kitchen - the product, installation and overall service exceeded my expectations, and to this day I continue to fall in love with my kitchen! My house had gone through large scale renovations, which was a stressful time. Alex and his team were great at sorting everything out, which eased my stress. Price wise, they were the most competitive amongst other kitchen retailers. I wish Alex and his team all the success in the world, and I would highly recommend them.

We had asked for quotes and presentations from several companies (large and small, from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Aylesbury), including i-Home. We are so pleased with i-Home, that we have done a second project using i-Home, 7 months ago. In my opinion, i-Home were the most competitive quote in terms of product quality, attention to detail and installation, they are excellent. For me, they are a young company that carry the values of honour, meticulous attention to detail, and of putting the customer first. They work well as a team at all levels. Alex underwhelmed me during the sales process but over delivered on his promises. What is more, his after-sales service, now, more than 12 months after installation, is excellent and immediate. His office team resonate that same ethos too. On the first project, Alex even resolved, without drama, a serious problem that our builder had overlooked. On installation, Alex used a team that were, in my opinion very professional, courteous, meticulous and timely. Alex oversaw everything, although the installation team was good. Our guests are always impressed with results of both projects. More than that we still enjoy using the kitchen. I wish Alex many years of success.
