We had a lovely kitchen fitted by the team at ICE several years ago. I recently contacted Matthew as a hinge had broken and i was having trouble tracking one down online and i just wanted to ask his advise as to where i could locate one. He remembered us straight away, replied the same day (new years eve!) and promised to speak to his suppliers and get back to me. True to his word, a couple of days later he confirmed he could get a similar, alternative hinge and send it to us. Fantastic customer service from a super friendly independent team you simply don't get this from larger organisations! Would not hesitate to recommend the ICEINTERIORS team Thanks again Stuart

Having had our kitchen and dining room knocked through we went to Ice interiors. From the first meeting to completion, Matthew provided a first class service throughout. With our initial thoughts and his ideas we now have a fantastic kitchen. We had every confidence in Matthew throughout the process. He liaised with our builders, double checking every aspect as we went along and paying great attention to detail. The kitchen was delivered and fitted on time with Matthew project managing to ensure all went well. We would certainly recommend ICE Interiors.

Matthew and Katie Parnum at ICE Interior Ltd designed, supplied, installed and project managed our new kitchen. The whole experience was excellent from the initial discussion in the showroom, through the many design choices we made, then on to the supply and fitting. Matthew oversaw the installation and ensured everything was fitted exactly in line with our requirements. We are extremely happy with our kitchen. It was fitted on time and to budget and every step was detailed and carried out flawlessly. Matthew and Katie were friendly and professional, providing good design and technical advice when required and listening carefully to our requirements and aspirations of what we were trying to achieve. We recommend you use ICE Interior!

Created our new kitchen is 2014. Design was different to other places we had been to and worked much better for us. Matthew listened to what we wanted from a kitchen and put in suggestions of his own to make the kitchen we wanted. Was excellent service from start to finish. any issues were remedied quickly and without fuss. Would recommend and have done so.

The design of my kitchen was carried out by Matthew and I would add that he paid attention to detail and given the size of my kitchen he drew up a plan that utilised the space very well. He supervised the installation well and again paid attention to the smallest detail to ensure the job was done well. I also felt that Katie paid attention to detail to make sure that not only did the flooring I had laid was done exactly how I wanted it but the work tops were of the exact colour and the material used were to my requirements. The work tops actually finished the kitchen off very well. My overall level of satisfaction was very good and I would recommend ICE interiors to friends.

Katie from Ice Interior helped us change our sitting room and organised the decorating and upholstery. She had great ideas, vision and was extremely professional. She also has good contacts that deliver a very high quality of work. We enjoyed working with Katie and wouldn't hesitate to seek her advice and help again should we need it. We're thrilled with how our sitting room has worked out.

Designed and fitted a kitchen four years ago, it still looks brand new and we love it! Very professional service with great quality products and advice. Also have used Katie and Matt for interior design such as soft furnishings, curtains and wallpaper. They have great style and really understood our tastes too. They make a great team and we will definitely be using Ice interiors again. We would highly recommend them.
