A great experience from start to finish. Lou was very patient with us from the beginning as we were very indecisive. She guided us through, asked the right questions, made suggestions and helped us to come up with our perfect kitchen design. A detailed schedule was given and any delays were explained and Lou and Adam sorted any problems or changes easily. The actual kitchen fit took a little longer than expected but the house was always left as clean and tidy as possible and Lou or Adam liaised with any other trades people involved so it was as hassle free for us as it could be. We are so pleased with the final results - a beautiful, functional kitchen and a utility room that I proudly show off rather than hide from guests as the room of doom!

Have just had completion of our kitchen and utility by Idesign Interiors. We are delighted with the new look! Every part of the teams that worked here have been outstanding from the removal of the old kitchen to the installation of the new one. Louise designed them both with thought to our needs and it has worked out brilliantly. She has been in constant touch with us and all the team so that everything happened when it needed to. The other team member who needs special praise is Adam . He fitted the kitchen and made sure it was correct and if it needed adjustment he did it. His work has been impeccable. Thank you everybody. Whilst planning our renovation and on the recommendation of a friend, we approached Idesign with no real idea of where to start when it came to kitchen design. Louise was amazing and very patient with us. She took us through all our options and once we had a basic idea of what we wanted, Louise came up with a design which was just perfect. When it came to installation Adam was superb. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none, and his endless patience with other trades coming and going made a stressful time so much easier. What we now have is a truly wonderful kitchen which not only has everything we need but is just beautiful to look at. We feel very lucky to have found and worked with Louise and Adam and would highly recommend Idesign to others.

We wanted to use a local company for our new kitchen, and we wanted to know the total cost upfront - something that had proved illusive when dealing with a national chain. Adam and Louise have delivered a much more practical space with a more modern look. There were a couple of delays due to supplier issues post covid, but the job is now complete as is the new LVT floor. Communication was excellent throughout and we are extremely happy with the result.

After two years of planning we finally chose Idesign to refit our very complicated kitchen. Advice was thoughtfully given by Louise, with full consideration for our personal requirements. It was a lengthy and complex project taking six weeks to complete in full, but we are delighted with the result. The cost was entirely reasonable for the amount and quality of work undertaken and the computer-generated design proved amazingly accurate and really gave a clear indication of the result. Most outstanding was the wonderful team who did the work - they were utterly competent, skilled and professional, and a pleasure to work with. We've recently used the full planning and installation service from idesign interiors and we are delighted with the result. The kitchen looks amazing and is a practical and enjoyable space to be in. From the cabinets and doors to the worktop and the appliances, everything is extremely high quality and looks great. Louise provided a lot of design advice throughout as well as a lot of patience as we finalised colours and played with the designs. Thankfully she also took full ownership of the job itself and organised all of the required tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and it was always easy to get in touch when necessary. We moved the kitchen from one part of the house to another so the job was bigger and more complicated than it would otherwise have been but the entire installation went completely flawlessly thanks to Adam's effort and genius. We've done a lot of work to the house and this was easily the least stressful despite being one of the bigger jobs. Completely seamless installation and nothing was too much trouble for Adam. We would definitely recommend iDesign to anyone.

A complete design and installation service for our kitchen and utility space which we are very pleased with. Louise carefully took us through the concept stage, capturing our initial ideas and turning them into an amazing design and a quality finished article. Always gave considered advice and guidance on good, practical design, and within our set budget. Adam’s installation was quick, clean and of a very high standard. What should have been a stressful time was pain free for the family.

I found Louise and Adam's iDesign company online. Initially I was worried that a bespoke kitchen like mine would be way beyond my budget but I needn't have. Comparing quotes from other well known kitchen companies the price difference was negligible. I had a complete renovation done while covid 19 restrictions were in place. Luckily Louise and Adam could fit my project in and helped me realise my kitchen vision with added helpful tweaks. They have been helpful and friendly throughout. I have always felt myself to be in expert hands. I love my resulting kitchen and would recommend them highly.

Louise and Adam at idesign provide an excellent end-to-end service. They designed, project-managed and built our new kitchen in the midst of a bigger renovation project. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise. She was always on the end of the phone when we needed her and was very patient through the design phase. Adam brought a wealth of practical experience which made the fitting go without a hitch. After everything was finished, we had an issue with one of the appliances and went through a painful experience with the manufacturer. After a few weeks of frustration, Louise was able to step in, took full ownership of the problem and got it all sorted for us. We are delighted with the result. Louise and Adam are lovely to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and idesign.

Louise was extremely helpful in the design stage coming up with all sorts of ideas. She took a lot of time and trouble while we sorted out the difficult bits of the design. The budgetary aspects were clear. We have had the kitchen in for some months now and it has worked very well. All the components function well. The units are robustly constructed. We chose the Neff appliances that Louise recommended and they have proved to be versatile and straightforward to use. The boiling water tap is particularly good: no more kettle. Adam was very helpful during the installation into a challenging space. idesign provided an outstanding service and can be thoroughly recommended.
