In-Toto Southport were friendly, efficient and professional from the moment we walked through the door. They listened to what we wanted, advised on the pros and cons and produced rendered images showing the options we had discussed, helping us to make the right decision. We had more than a kitchen - they project managed building works, flooring and decorating as well. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We spent a lot of time researching local companies when looking to re-do our kitchen. We settled on In-Toto Southport as the product is of high quality and the expertise of the team is apparent. We are fussy, but no detail was too much trouble for the team. The design and fitting was extremely professional and to time and we are spending many hours enjoying our new space. Highly recommended.

Our contact with Intoto was almost exclusively through Chris. He was extremely helpful throughout. He listened carefully to our needs, incorporated many into a unique design, advised us to visit the granite factory itself to see large sheets of stone for ourselves (this led to our changing our original choice), personally oversaw the installation, and was always at the end of the phone to deal with any issues arising from this process. The fitting of the units and the plumbing was done by Mark who did an excellent job and was entirely reliable. A professional job was completed to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend this company without hesitation Two and a half years on, we remain delighted with our kitchen.

From the initial meeting, and planning of the kitchen, to the fitting and overall finish of the project, the whole experience was a positive one. We can highly recommend in-toto, for a professional approach, reliability, and a quality product.

Chris from Intoto Southport was always extremely patient with us when designing the kitchen and utility room. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation of the kitchen is also important. Mark, the fitter was excellent and took great pride in his work. We are very happy with the kitchen and would highly recommend Intoto.

Intoto will design your kitchen and install everything in it. We spoke to over ten kitchen suppliers. We chose Intoto because they listened carefully and remembered exactly what we had asked for. We were installing in a rather awkward space in an old house (1845) but they gave us exactly what we had asked for. They suggested several lovely things that I had never heard of. They also pointed out when particular things were going to be very expensive indeed. We gutted our old kitchen (to save money) then the fitters arrived. They were really pleasant to deal with and cleared up at the end of every day. They put quite a lot of time into ensuring that we had water and electricity almost all the time. When they had finished we could see no faults, but the project manager still spotted a couple of tiny flaws. Since then I have compared their price with other friends' kitchens and it would seem that the cost was also reasonable.

We wanted a company which would take care of the whole process of replacing our kitchen in a manner which would maximise the space available, taking account of our specific needs. Chris Smith created a good impression both at our initial meeting & on his home visit. His design met our brief & the main fitter, an excellent worker, ensured all went smoothly, co-ordinating all the various trades involved & ironing out any problems. We are delighted with our stylish and practical kitchen.

We chose In-Toto Southport (one of 3 company's we engaged) to design a new kitchen for our Barn. Right from the start it was clear that In-Toto knew what they were doing. They listened to our needs, responded with an excellent initial concept and then we worked together to finalise the design. The build started on the date specified and their chosen fitters were excellent, professional, experienced and a very high standard of workmanship. All the small problems along way were sorted, no issues or quibble, and the job completed within a day or so of the initial estimate. The quality of the product (German) is excellent and we are absolutely delighted with our new Kitchen and the after-sales service we have received. Overall, and as usual with rating customer service, it was all the small details and how problems were dealt with that matter most - and in all cases in-Toto met or exceeded our expectations.

We have been very pleased with the concept and design of our kitchen which has been much admired by family and friends.The kitchen fitter Mark was very efficient and helpful.

We did an enormous amount of shopping around to select a company to undertake our large kitchen renovation/build. We were very impressed with the initial service received from Chris and in particular the manner in which we were fully able to participate in the planning stage. From there although the job was not fast it was completed to the highest standard. We were very impressed with the kitchen fitter Mark. Intoto were certainly not the cheapest company but we were thoroughly satisfied with the value for money Would wholeheartedly recommend them!!!

Great process from design to installation - we couldn't be happier with the service or the end product. InToto really knew how to guide us and give us the kitchen we dreamt of.

The team at Intoto Southport provide a 'second to non' service in every respect. The product lines are excellent, the attention to detail by the sales team is quite remarkable, very friendly and so accommodating without being too pushy. The standard of installation work is of superb quality with an equally good back-up service always at hand. From our experience we can highly recommend them.
