Kettle (Plymouth branch) redesigned our kitchen and offered great advice on how to maximise space and efficiency. Service was good throughout the process with ongoing help and clear communication. Very pleased with the final result, worktops and integrated appliances are excellent. More than happy to recommend Kettle.

This was a very smooth operation from start to finish. Jodie and Kettle were full of ideas but listened to everything I wanted in my tiny kitchen and they managed to get it all in. The fitter who was recommended by them worked so hard. All the plumbing, electrics and plastering needed were done by him. He was very accurate and so tidy! He also liaised with Kettle throughout, took all deliveries and checked them and generally I was not needed. I would highly recommend Kettle for any kitchen changes you are thinking of - big or small like mine.

I am extremely pleased with my beautiful hand made hand painted, bespoke kitchen from Kettle and have had so many compliments from friends. The after sales experience became very frustrating but when Charlie stepped in to rescue the process it went smoothly and his customer service skills are excellent.

We have the most beautiful kitchen, thanks to the team at Kettle.co. From first discovering them, after an internet search, to the finished article months later, we never, ever regretted choosing them. The kitchen designer, Lily, was so impressive and listened so carefully to what we wanted, liked and cared about. My husband's requirements as a Severely Sight Impaired person made designing our new kitchen a real challenge for her. A challenge which she met outstandingly. We had a very complicated time frame, due to lots of building work; removing an old chimney breast, moving a door and window, installing a new staircase. All of these additional complications could have caused us worry and concern, but everyone in Kettle's team, throughout, provided stress-free solutions and gave us confidence. Communication was always consistently good. Both Lily and Charlie made site visits before, during and after the installation process. Even with Covid complications, all the delivery and installation dates were met. Simon, the fitter, is a very talented guy and the quality of the 'fit' matches the superb quality of the kitchen which is quite excellent. The whole experience has been brilliant. Our designer Paul, talked us through what we wanted and designed our perfect kitchen for the space we had. We had our kitchen delivered to Bristol with no fuss or worry. Delivery was on time, polite and considerate delivery men. I would definitely recommend Kettle to everyone!

We are thrilled with our new Kettle Kitchen, it looks fabulous! The good use of space makes it look bigger and the design makes it practical as a working kitchen. We love the Corian worktops and upstands. Our grandchildren aged 9 and 5 were amazed and said ‘Wow’ when we showed them the pullout corner floor cupboards. Everyone we dealt with at Kettle and HBH Woolcott was knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. Thanks especially to our designer Aimeè Meatyard, nothing was too much trouble as the original design evolved and changed. Helpful ideas and suggestions and prompt responses to any contact or queries. When any issues occurred, as they inevitably do, Aimeè said she would sort things and she kept her word. Creating our kitchen and a separate pantry has been a labour of love for all the team at Kettle. I can’t remember the number of consultations we had before we even started, to make sure we get it absolutely right; and while building the kitchen we’ve made additional decisions with them and the fitter to improve the design yet further. It’s been a really creative process and the end result is a bespoke, handmade, quality product for an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Had a bit of a bumpy ride but Kettle pulled through in the end. Definitely recommend Simon as a designer. He had the best vision out of all the kitchen designers I had round.

We visited the Kettle Co showroom to get ideas for our new kitchen. Kate approached us and was very knowledgeable about the various kitchen features. We arranged an on-site visit by Simon Nicholson, one of the designers. We thought we knew what we wanted but Simon came up with some great ideas and innovative features for our new kitchen such as a charging point in the worktop. When we visited to discuss the designs we were really impressed with the concepts Simon had mocked up, the quality of the units and the cost. Fast forward a few months, the kitchen is now installed and we are thrilled it's just stunning. It's a great space and the hub of the home. The whole team at Kettle have been very professional from start to finish, from Kate, Simon, Dale and Colin who was our fitter.

We are delighted with our kitchen and found the whole team at Kettle to be very helpful. Emelie was particularly patient too as I was very choosy when I was selecting all of the items for the apartment. It was worth it though as I am very pleased with how everything looks.
