Kitchens 4 Today

Found this company after using a bigger / national company for our first quote. The difference in service and actually listening to what the customer wanted was enormous. On top of that Antony gave us some more ideas and added some nice finishing touches which finished the project of superbly. Our kitchen fitters were impressed with the quality of the German manufactured units, much better than many they have fitted previously.

Lisa Gunn designed us the perfect kitchen. She listened to our needs and gave us lots of time during several meetings at the shop. She visited the site to take final measurements and we were able to make adjustments to the products we had chosen and make our final choice of colours. The Hacker kitchen is beautiful and the Neff appliances amazing. Rob gave us lots of information to be able to choose the appliances that best suited our needs. Chris Lawrence and Daniel did a fantastic job of fitting the kitchen to a very high standard. Coordination between the work top (Dekton) and glass splash back fitters was done seamlessly by Lisa as was everything connected to making us a kitchen to be proud of. This is the second complete kitchen we've bought from Kitchens 4 today.and highly recommend them. Special thanks to Lisa for her patience and expertise.

KItchens 4 Today gave us an excellent service throughout a fairly complex and lengthy renovation project. Lisa, our designer, guided us through the numerous options available for our new kitchen taking the time to fully understand our requirements. The final result is testament to Lisa's efforts. Being able to choose all our appliances at the same time was really helpful and Lisa was always mindful of our budget in preparing the final specification. We would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Kitchens 4 Today and Appliance World, who were all immensely helpful and knowledgeable at every stage of the project. The end result is beautiful !

Pure chance that we saw the Hacker kitchen in your showroom whilst looking for appliances with Appliance World. So glad we did - one conversation with Antony and we cancelled our deposit with a well know high street kitchen company and haven't looked back since. The kitchen looks fab and is a total treat to cook and socialise in. From the start of the project to the finish, Kitchens 4 Today were totally professional and their attention to detail has resulted a fabulous final project that was EXACTLY what we wanted. Steve who fitted the kitchen was great at dealing with any hitch - of which there were very few - and made everything fit to perfection - even the fab drawer under the sink!! The style (Shaker), colour (Cashmere) and wonderful Silestone (Blanco stella) has given our house the 'Wow' factor. Antony's knowledge on fittings and storage solutions was invaluable. We now have HUGE amounts of storage and the pan drawers are the best invention ever. Stylish, classy and totally gorgeous. Thanks Antony and Steve. An excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation, through to kitchen design and follow up when we were installing the kitchen, Lisa, Anthony and the team were attentive and focussed on our needs and requirements. Lisa and Anthony are clearly highly experienced as kitchen designers and made many suggestions that we hadn't considered. Nothing was too much trouble, and queries were quickly answered. In addition, Kitchens4Today worked with other companies and suppliers (e.g stonemasons and glass splash back specialists) to provide a seamless and stress free customer experience. The kitchen supplied by Kitchens4Today is of outstanding quality and bears all the hallmarks of excellent German engineering. It is quite simply stunning.

Excellent service from start to finish, no high pressure sales. Lisa was professional and patient at all times, this is important because my partner is not the easiest customer, he knows what he wants!! Lisa gave us some good advice on how to get the best design for our kitchen. We were extremely impressed with Antony from the shop arriving with the kitchen to ensure everything was complete. Kitchens 4 Today went the extra mile to get to my budget and so take the business. I ended up with a fabulous German made kitchen that I never thought I'd be able to afford. The backup and after sales service were second to none. Antony Pounder, the Manager was polite, knowledgeable, well mannered and very professional. He was on hand at all times for advice and even a year later immediately came out and arranged with the worktop fitters to rectify a small problem that had arisen. During the installation itself the owner of the company also visited with his wife to view and make recommendations. During the design and planning process we had several lengthy meetings with Antony and every minute detail was worked on and discussed so that we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Buying a new kitchen these days can be a daunting experience. I was spending more on this kitchen than I spent buying my first house back in 1980! and It does make you swallow hard. In a situation like that you are desperate for a company you can trust. Kitchens 4 Today were that company and I have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation I can. Brilliant A1 company!!
