Our experience with Kitchens International has been fabulous. They have a great team who will take you on your journey to make sure you have an excellent high quality kitchen of your dreams! From the first appointment when we were introduced to our designer, to the final fitting the whole process was so easy. Our designer spent as long as we needed on each appointment to go through everything we wanted, she had endless patience and was not phased at all when we changed ideas a few times. No hard selling, just advice. We got everything we wanted and have ended up with the perfect kitchen. The attention to detail by the fitters and the project manager is excellent, a few little unimportant glitches happened but they were basically fixed before we even knew there was a problem, great team. If you want a great design and fit experience and excellent service from start to finish I would recommend Kitchens International. We have also attended quite a few demonstration events at the showroom on Great Western Road, Glasgow where you are shown how to use all your new appliances and have questions answered by a representative from siemens, this has been extremely helpful. Initially great experience from start to finish. But then Siemens appliances started to fail. And KI walked away from the problem leaving me to pay for any repairs (contrary to what the law requires). I tried VERY hard to get KI to recognise their legal, never mind customer-centric, responsibilities but they would rather hold on to a couple of hundred pounds and have me write unhappy reviews. So here it is KI - hope you're still happy.

Absolutely terrible after care and a complete lack of communication. Been waiting since April for missing parts of our kitchen, it’s now November. Last communication was from Lisa on 17th August telling me the parts were due the first week of September. I would advise people to stay away from this company if you want a completed job.

Amazing company who created our in store Kitchen in our Edinburgh Studio. Flawless as always and all of our team as well as our customers love the look of the kitchen, a real focal point of our studio.

When I was looking to refurbish my kitchen I went into the Kitchens International showroom and simply fell in love with the Stoneham display in the Dundas St studio. I felt it oozed style and I wanted a kitchen just like it. I so enjoyed working with Carol, the designer who had come highly recommended, as she completely understood what I wanted and designed the kitchen of my dreams. The choice of kitchens, appliances and the design service that I received from start to end from Carol and her KI colleagues was exceptional. It was a tricky build and the installation team were so accommodating and the aftercare is really thoughtful and reassuring too. Its absolutely perfect - such a pleasing space, so easy to use, and great when there is one person or lots of family cooking and have fun together.

We are so delighted with out Kitchens International kitchen. From the moment we walked into the KI showroom we felt the designer really understood what we were looking for and as an interior stylist I had many ideas and designs that I was keen on. Our designer worked with those ideas and then created a fantastic bespoke kitchen which works for entertaining and doing lots of cooking. The design phase was lengthy and very detailed but the attention to detail really paid off. We are thrilled with the result and have a kitchen that is greatly admired and works perfectly for us.

We were looking for a minimalist, contemporary design that was sympathetic with the traditional features of the townhouse. We are delighted that it is bright with clean, modern features yet looks great in the room. We love the colours and the finishes and would highly recommend Kitchens International as they helped us "know what we didn't know" about what was possible with a modern contemporary kitchen. They came in on budget and on time and were very easy to work with, a truly professional company.

Equipment installed not checked and did not work. Granite worktop supplied with unwanted feature. Since reporting my displeasure there has been no communication from the company. The website talks about quality and checking if the product has been installed to the customers satisfaction. None of this has happened. The whole experience has been most unsatisfactory. I could not recommend this company to anyone as there is simply no customer care ethic in my experience.

KI were indeed a joy to work with. There's little I can add to the glowing reviews below other than to say I concur. It was a monumental project, stripping the guts of a whole house and almost rebuilding one level from scratch. Prior to demolishions the designer (Stuart) had only a proposed plan to go on yet was able to produce a strikingly accurate set of images which clearly illustrated the huge structural changes we hadn't then embarked on. The KI team worked closely with the contractor so both knew exactly where the other was at any given time. The extent of the building work meant we hit a number of structural problems but KI were meticulous in their preparation so that when they arrived to install there were no nasty surprises. Their exacting standards and eye for detail is second to none. The entire team get my congratulations and sincere thanks for an outstanding service.

Fantastic company to work with, they provide an extremely professional, inspirational and efficient service. From concept to completion the job is extremely well managed, all members of their team who worked on the project were exceptional and the level of workmanship was faultless. The project was a pleasure and the outcome has exceeded all expectations. The kitchen is often admired and the quality stands up well to the demands of a busy family.

Our house is one of those unusual upside down houses where the large open plan living, kitchen and dining area are on the first floor. We headed to Kitchens International as we knew they had a good reputation for innovative designs and great workmanship. Louisa, our designer, was very good at listening to exactly what we wanted. We had casually mentioned how much we’d love a dining booth rather than having a standalone dining table and chairs but we didn’t think we’d have the space. Louisa took all this on board and the first designs were almost spot on with a beautiful L-shaped dining booth incorporated into the kitchen. It’s a relaxed and social space and every element of the design enhances this which is exactly what we wanted to achieve. We are a large family and love entertaining and the kitchen has been cleverly designed to be just as comfortable whether it’s just the two of us or a bigger group. We would have no hesitation in recommending KI again to anyone who wants a kitchen that reflects their own personality.

We were recommended Kitchens International by a friend but initially thought they would be outside our price range as we were putting on a new extension to our house and had a set budget for the new kitchen. We decided to meet with Kieron their designer who immediately made us feel very relaxed as he discussed what space we had to work with, what style we were interested in and of course our budget. Within a short time he had put together a list of possibilities within budget and we knew then we wanted K.I. to install our kitchen. Kieron visited the site and came back with a design that we never thought was possible or affordable for us. From the moment the installation began until Mark and his team finished we could not fault a single thing. Gordon their installation manager would visit regularly to check progress and would pick up details to be changed or altered which we would not even have noticed but the Company ethos seems to be everything must be right to the finest detail. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
