We had an excellent experience with Kuchenhaus. The staff always gave us a very warm welcome as we made many visits as a new kitchen was a very important decision. for us. The kitchen designer was understanding of our requirements and our personal choice plus he had unbelievable patience which we really appreciated. The delivery came on time and everything was very well organised . Any queries regarding the fitting (we had our own fitter) were followed up speedily and overall a very supportive experience. We would highly recommend Kuchenhaus if you want a more personal experience and a very good quality product including excellent customer service and follow up. We love our new kitchen. Outstanding service from the minute I walked into the showroom until the job was completed. Sandor and the team were very courteous and helpful listening and giving advice where needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to pay a visit to Kutchenhaus.

After visiting many kitchen places we stumbled across Kutchenhaus, Bury and thank god we did! I have to say the moment we met Sandor we were hooked by his passion, inspiration, creative ideas and quality service & products. The shop is hidden and small but do not underestimate this place, it knocks the socks off some of the large retail shops and we can not recommend enough that you visit and take a look. It was the first time we got excited about the unique and bespoke contemporary designs, quality materials and attention to detail in the designing of our kitchen. The service is second to none, the designers, kitchen fitters, the project coordinators and the manger of this establishment were faultless and provided us with a high level of quality and professional service. We now have the kitchen of our dreams which is unique, stylish, quality and just beautiful. There are no words to describe Sandor, he has been the main reason why I am writing this review as I have to say everyone who is wanting to invest in a top designer kitchen needs a Sandor. His extensive knowledge and skill he demonstrates throughout from the products, the creative ideas he gives and getting involved in the fitting of the kitchen is outstanding. These people know what they are doing and how to make your dream become a reality. Sandor, at Kutchenhause Bury, provided an extremely professional, but friendly and helpful service when we were choosing our new kitchen. We took as long as we needed to make decisions and time was always made available for us. We considered appliances and he even talked us out of a coffee machine; we chose a Quooker tap instead. This felt like a luxury purchase but I wouldn’t be without it now. The original kitchen design was enhanced by Sandor to suit our space perfectly and now it’s all in place we are thrilled with it. The products are very high quality and we fully appreciate that quality now all the kitchen components are in full use. The whole process was smooth and professionally managed by Sandor and his team. There were a few delays but nothing we weren’t pre warned about so we could manage, easily. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Kutchenhause Bury.
