A friend recommended Lewis & Hill after we had an eye-watering quote from a well-known local kitchen supplier. We can’t fault Lewis & Hill on any aspect. Gordon has an understated and thoughtful approach and listened to our preferences and needs. We love the end result! The quality is outstanding. The workmen who fitted the kitchen were friendly and sensitive to the disruption caused. L&H also have carefully chosen related trades (eg painters and decorators) who match they standards. The project was delivered on time and within budget. We are very satisfied customers.

Lewis & Hill were extremely professional from start to finish, they work with you to get “you the customer” a design that you want and add their pearls of wisdom & suggestions too to ensure you’ve thought of everything. Gordon came on site to view the existing kitchen & to explore what we wanted out of a kitchen. He brought an amazing 3D model design back to us with multiple options to chose from. Gordon kept us informed of progress and we were able to go to their warehouse & view the kitchen in progress. It is a really personal service with 1 kitchen fitter working on just your kitchen. The kitchen arrived on schedule, the fitters were extremely polite & professional & did a great job with Gordon overseeing. I’d recommend Lewis & Hill & have done so to my friends.

We have had a kitchen and utility room designed, manufactured and installed by Lewis and Hill completing in July 2019. The design using 3D models to scale was quite unique and provided an excellent way of visualising the layouts. The quality of Lewis and Hill’s manufacturing workshop was impressive as was the quality and choice of the materials used (tulip wood for the cabinet fronts). The fitting out was completed on schedule and within budget with the craftsmen used being extremely competent and most friendly and helpful. The overall result was exceptionally good and is providing all that we hoped it would achieve. We would highly recommend Lewis and Hill to prospective clients.

A really good experience from the first contact and visit from Gordon Hill and the subsequent visit to the showroom. We particularly liked the 3D model which gave us a clear idea of the proposed layout and the options. There were frequent updates on build progress and coordination with the construction team to agree an installation date. Excellent guidance on appliances and finishes. The installation team were polite, tidy and portrayed quality workmanship with some final tweaks to finish it off. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can not recommend Lewis and Hill highly enough. Graham Hill was the person I dealt with concerning my kitchen. He listened to everything I said and gave great sound advice. We had many discussions over many visits, all part of the service. He even made a cardboard mock up which was so useful in terms of envisaging units and space, as well as CAD designs. I actually think he was as delighted as myself when it was all fitted. The kitchen for me is the heart of the house and needed to be fundtional, comfortable with a wow!! factor, and with Graham's help It turned out to be the perfect blend. Everybody involved in the project were such professionals and yet friendly and helpful. I have to say a special vote of thanks to the actual fitters. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished project. Thanks Guys!!!

We asked Lewis and Hill to design and make our kitchen and we were not disappointed. Right from the start Gordon understood exactly what we wanted and gently guided us through the whole process from drawings to completion. Everyone involved in the project from the designers to the fitters were absolute professionals and their attention to detail was second to none. The project was completed on budget and on time. We are now having further work done by Lewis and Hill which, I believe, is a ringing endorsement of their work. Our kitchen is stunning and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased a 1930's house in February 2018 and set about extending and renovating it. We assessed three makers of bespoke kitchens and elected to work with Lewis & Hill. We were impressed with the approach the company took to optimising the balance between the aesthetic and ergonomic and in particular Gordon Hill's use of a hand made scale model rather than a computer graphic in agreeing a final design. We feel the use of the model really helped arrive at a design that crystallised our needs and wants. The company has produced a kitchen that truly exceeds our expectations. We decided fairly early on in the process to commission the company to design, manufacture and fit our utility room furniture, walk in wardrobe areas and my bespoke study with equally delightful results. All the staff we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional and polite and the folks that fitted the cabinets worked with pride and cleaned up after them each day, something we came to cherish during a year long building project where many of the tradesmen did not have the same attitude to tidying up.

Great service from start to finish. Gordon was passionate about getting the design right and made several site visits, working well with our builders and electrician. Scott and Sam did a fantastic job on the installation, taking their time to make sure every little task was done to the highest standard. The truly bespoke and personal service and the can-do attitude were in complete contrast to the first “bespoke” supplier we visited nearby. The end product looks great and is highly practical. We couldn’t be happier with it.

Our first contact with Lewis & Hill was at the Grand Design Show at the NEC. We were in the process of downsizing and it was essential to our quality of life that our kitchen worked to its full potential. When we spoke to Gordon his natural ability to listen to what we wanted, his passion for design and the high quality of his products on the stand fired our enthusiasm. When Gordon visited our home he looked at the available space and discussed the different ways in which we could use it to work efficiently and aesthetically. We did not at any point feel pressured in any direction. From that moment we had complete faith in him and his company to provide us with a kitchen we would love. The way in which he helped us to plan a modest space has enabled the kitchen to be used in a practical and creative way and it blends beautifully into our living area. Gordon visited us on a number of occasions providing us with a scale model, giving us progress updates and accommodating our builder's requirements. We visited the factory during the project and were able to ask for specific requirements to be included. We were also privileged to see the work in progress and to meet the person who built the kitchen with such care and pride in his work. The installation team were skilled, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The timescale with regard to the work and the costings were in line with Gordon's predictions. The workmanship and quality are outstanding. Many thanks to Gordon,Simon and all your team. We daily appreciate our stunning kitchen and all your hard work. It goes without saying that we wholeheartedly and unconditionally recommend you!
