Firstly, to confirm, it's a 10 year warranty as clearly stated on all quote packs and contracts.
A, The measurements were in fact correct, it was a supply only job in which your fitter installed end panels instead of filler panels. Despite clearly being detailed on the plans he still managed to get it wrong. We received numerous phone calls querying how the units are installed showing a clear lack of experience, regardless, our staff were at hand to help guide him through the install.
If on the very rare occasion an issue was ever to arise through any fault of Luxe we would order direct replacements at no cost and with a swift turnaround of just two to three weeks ensured.
B, The end panels you mention are placed either side of the washing machine and three years on have clearly been affected by water damage through neglect (Image attached). The washing machine was supplied by yourself and was an old appliance which you wanted to re-use within your new kitchen which ended up having to be replaced as it leaked which is where the true issue lies.
As advised, the replacements are quite rightly chargeable which were even offered at cost price for you. Clearly you were not happy about this and find it acceptable to post a twisted negative review in hope of a freebie.
C, Our project manager has in fact been very accommodating on your worktop issue in trying to rectify this with you spending many hours liaising with all parties involved. A crack has oddly 'appeared' within the seating section of the overhang which was confirmed is well within it's recommended guidelines by both the fabricators and manufacturer following on from their site survey’s. Overhangs on quartz worktop do not just crack on their own, this has received quite a large impact to cause such a crack. Regardless our project manager helped accommodate by having the fabricator and manufacturer review in person in which they confirmed has been caused by neglect as is something they have never seen or experienced before. As per the above point, despite all our help you find it acceptable to post a negative review in hope of a freebie.
On another point, despite trying our best to accommodate you on these points, both our staff and all parties involved do not appreciate, neither will we tolerate aggressive and threatening phone calls. We have done all we can to help you on this, it has been made clear by all parties that all faults are through neglect, you need to accept liability and move on.

As many are aware there is a nationwide delay on all appliances due to the electrical chip shortage in Europe which is slowing down production and causing delays our end which we frustratingly cannot help until stock levels resume back to normal.
The delay on the fridge and gas hob within your main kitchen is correct, once received we had these delivered and fitted to site for you within the very same week of receipt.
There was an issue with your second dishwasher model which we hold our hands up to with there being a mix up within the warehouse. Regardless, it was installed as a temporary measure for you enabling you to use your main kitchen and had the replacement installed the same time as the above gas hob and fridge.
Thankfully all your appliances within your second kitchen had arrived on time and was scheduled in and installed as agreed without any delays.
