We are very pleased with our new kitchen. Our designer Billie Towers is a complete professional, helpful and courteous and has exceptional design skills. The kitchen fitter Alan Pears did a fantastic job and paid exceptional attention to detail. The only slight hiccup was a delay on the doors but that was only due to the recent pandemic. Marshall Scott did an outstanding job on delivering our dream kitchen. We wanted a modern kitchen that created a social space for our growing family. Marshall Scott came up with some innovative design features such as a floor to ceiling window and smart storage solutions. The quality of the materials and workmanship is high and we felt extremely safe in the hands of Paul, their experienced in house kitchen fitter. Lee oversaw the project and did an excellent job in ensuring that all ran smoothly from start to finish. This is a family run business that clearly cares about their customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they deliver everything that they promise.

We had our new kitchen fitted about 2 years ago by the original company Rooms Inc which has now changed its name to Marshals Scott. We found this company very professional in all ways from the first meeting in their show room to completion of installation of kitchen. The fitting staff not only made a great job of the kitchen installation, they also did any further work that was required by us at the time. The reason we are putting this review on now is that the original review does not now seem to be on the review site, we believe that when you get good service praise should be given. We had a problem with our drinks cooler where when he engineer came out to fix it he was unsure of how the skirting boards came off as they had rounded corners. We asked Marshall Scott if they could help. They were very helpful by sending out a fitter immediately to take off the skirting boards and when the wine cooler was fixed they sent the fitter back to make sure the skirting boards went back without any damage. Many thanks for their help and as said in our original review the best compliment we can give Marshall Scott is that we would recommend them to our friends.

We started with a wander through the range of kitchen styles on display in the Maldon showroom. The friendly and knowledgeable staff answered all our questions and helped us decide on a preferred style. A computer generated colour image was created which helped us visualise our choice. With their expert guidance we were able to tweak every part of the design until we achieved a perfect kitchen design. Their friendly and experienced fitter installed the kitchen to a high standard and we were kept updated as things progressed. We would certainly recommend them.

I had the need to move my business from Witham to Braintree and hoped to transfer our bespoke kitchen to the new address. My initial dealings was with their Managing Director (Nicola) and she was very knowledgeable, polite and professional in dealing with my queries. The whole Marshall Scott team were very keen to help me and initially came to measure up the current kitchen and then accompanied me to the new site to then see what could be done. The Designer (Madhurika) was very proactive and provided an excellent line drawing to show how she intended on laying out the new area - I did not have to make any changes. We agreed when the space would be available and they removed the current kitchen in less than 6 hours and had it delivered to the new address. The Fitter (David) was very polite and had excellent communication by explaining each day the progress he had made and what the following days plan was. They suggested the fitting would take 4 days - which they completed right on time (including dealing with the wrong work surface being delivered from their Supplier!!). So, in the space of 5 working days, I had my current kitchen dismantled and re-fitted with full plumbing...with zero hiccups. These guys are really professional and the quality of work the provided was exceptional - not forgetting the very good value. Marshall Scott Supplied and fitted our kitchen. The company were Most Professional. The Quality of the Kitchen was Superb, from the Planning to the Installation nothing was too much trouble to them and respected our home at all times. This company has definitely got the WOW factor for quality workmanship and most of all giving A1 on Customer Service.. I would recommend this company without any hesitation and would definitely use them again.
