Minerva of Hereford

I can't recommend these guys enough. They are a real "Go the extra mile company". We have really enjoyed working with Matt and his team. He listened to us and worked collaboratively with us to produce a stunning and functional kitchen that has exceeded our expectations. From the start of the project through to the end nothing has been too much trouble for the Minerva boys, from sourcing the right kitchen handles, finding the right colours for the cabinets and island, to sorting out lighting, plumbing and tiling, Matt and his team took care of it all and took the stress out of it all for us. Matt, Josh and Jake have worked diligently and with so much attention to detail. Their craftsmanship is second to none and they have given us the kitchen we dreamed of. We will continue to call on them for their outstanding craftsmanship and service. If you want a truly stunning kitchen give them a call, they won't disappoint

Being new to the area we had no idea where to go for our Kitchen. I found Minerva on a web search and went to meet Matt at his workshop. I knew instantly that I wanted Minerva to make the Kitchen - Matts enthusiasm and professionalism was clear from the start. I explained the look I wanted and he came up with an initial design. Following a few more consultations we finalised the design together which met my requirements perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and Matt was happy to supply samples of the doors, the panelling, the beading etc. Matt project managed the whole installation arranging the electrician, ordering of the appliances, the tiler and the fitting - I didn't have to do a thing. Fitting started on schedule and Jake, the fitter, worked efficiently and brought the Kitchen to life and completed the fit on schedule. The units are completely bespoke and made to my exact specifications by Josh who obviously takes great pride in his work. Six months down the line and I couldn't be happier with the Kitchen or my choice of Minerva. I cannot praise them highly enough and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The service we received from Minerva was top notch. We had a lot work done to our house over a couple of years and unfortunately came into contact with some disorganised and substandard tradesmen. Minerva are NOT in that bracket. They are friendly, well organised and professional and the standard of their work is exemplary. The wardrobes they made and installed look amazing and the other carpentry work they completed on our house was first rate. We would not even get quotes off other companies if we were to have similar work done in the future we would just go with Minerva.

From first meeting Matt and Josh from Minerva I had complete confidence in them, as people and as craftsmen. They were thorough in the planning of my kitchen asking pertinent questions, listening to my requirements. Their estimate was detailed, there were no surprises at the conclusion of the job. The refit was smooth and well coordinated the electrician, plumber, cabinet fitter and work surface people were all excellent, came in did a professional job. All the work was completed in the time specified. It is a relief to know that you can put your trust in people. Since the refit we, ( my husband and I) have been delighted with the kitchen and the follow up service. I have no qualms in recommending Minerva, in fact I Wish I had known about them when I Had my bedroom refitted.

Minerva not only provided us with a beautiful high quality kitchen but their suggestions and insights of designing and fitting it into our 17th century home was done in a truly friendly and professional manner. All of their hard work was carried out within budget and, as our remodelling kept changing the time we would need the kitchen fitted, they changed their own work schedule to help us. The kitchen looks wonderful, but I have failed to compliment them for the lovely oak windows and door: same as the kitchen, great!

An excellent job completed by Matt and the team, the design is spot on and nothing was too much trouble. Minor snags were taken care of straight away and we are delighted with the result. Excellent value for money considering it is all made to measure and all made on their premises in Hereford.

BESPOKE KITCHEN FITTERS, BESPOKE SERVICE!!!!! We looked deeply into getting the right persons to fight the dream kitchen we had visioned. Upon meeting both Josh and Matt on the initial inspection/quote, we were impressed from the offset with both the knowledge and advice they gave to us when planning our dream kitchen. They offered sound advice to us over what and where to place individual items within the kitchen. Most importantly it was our kitchen that we discussed over and not what the company wanted!!! This is something we had experience with other local company's. Over the build I asked almost every possible question in relation to a kitchen build and this didn't phase the guys one bit and again only offered sound advice throughout. Our project was over 2 rooms, 1 was the kitchen and the other was the utility. The biggest selling point with MINERVA is the bespoke part of the fit, they can physically construct anything out of wood and to whatever spec you require. An example of this was the boot bench rack my partner had drawn and Josh went away to the unit and built an exact spec of what had been drawn. The attention to detail to all the work carried out was exceptional and when we have family and friends come visit we have the same positive response from all. One member of the family said it was the best kitchen he had ever physically seen. It has been over 6 months since the build and we can truly say we are 100% happy with everything and would highly recommend MINERVA. The work that was carried out really finished off our house and we now finally have our dream home . The aftercare is second to none and any tweaks or extra work that is required after the wood has set has been carried out when asked.

Minerva are a new company offering a bespoke service. Committed and professional throughout they fitted a new kitchen for us. Attention to detail, listening to what was important to us, ensuring we received exactly what we asked for in kitchen colour and design. This team come highly recommended and the kitchen they fit for you is of a really good standard.

Matt and Josh have now completed several jobs for us. From kitchen units, bedroom wardrobes, decking and general bits and pieces. Their quality of work is exceptional, but also their continuous drive to improve is commendable. We will have no hesitation in recommending them. May Minerva grow to the levels its owners deserve!

Friendly, reliable and polite. They listened carefully to what we wanted and also suggested some ideas to improve the brief while not trying to sell or raise the cost. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived on the date previously arranged and worked really hard with a smile on their faces . They were eager to please and were only satisfied with their work if it was of a very high standard and if it pleased us. They stuck to the budget and were not expensive. They exceeded our expectations to the extent that we have arranged for them to come back to carry out more work for us.
